Totally agree...I think he's really improved... His QB not so much though...

Well Rex...The fans were counting on you too...And you know how that has gone... Rex- "You gotta give the Raiders some credit. They made adjustments. Outside of one or two passes we really struggled." I notice Rex doing this a lot lately...He won't be critical of his QB when he can't hit the broad side of a barn...Or his crap defense...Or his crap defensive coaching...But darn those Raiders are good for being a football team and making adjustments... Some of the answers he gave in that post game presser were embarrassing...When asked about being gashed by the Raiders run game he brings up how the Bills gashed the Raiders worse...Well Rex...the Raiders are the 29th run defense in the NFL...So if that makes you feel better about your defense good for you... Anyway...I'm so sick of that guy...I really disliked the hire, but I was quickly snowed by Rex's charm...Should have know my gut was right on that one...My bad...But no more...

I absolutely think they are...Neither is an OLB...Neither played OLB in College...Granted they are athletic enough to play OLB in a 3-4, but they certainly are not prototype...If anything Lawson is close to a prototype NFL 4-3 DE...And Hughes had great success as a 4-3 DE under Schwarz... Personally I think neither are 3-4 OLB's...I also think Rex is an idiot...So admittedly I'm biased in this area...

On this one I agree with the Bills...There's no reason to rush Cardale...Let him get a full off-season under his belt, then lets see what he's got in Training Camp next year...

I hear ya... But I've pretty much been anti-Rex from the get-go...So I'm of the opinion that he's never going to be good enough unless somehow, magically, we get the next Carr...Or Cardale turns out to be as good as Dak... I'm just not a Rex guy...Anyone who talks as much about being a Defensive genius as Rex does needs to show me more than he has on that side of the ball...

I don't disagree with anything you wrote... But I hope like hell you're wrong... The sooner they move on from Rex the better...If they don't do it now it's another year lost IMHO...

Agreed...There is a combination of smart moves that could easily thrust the Bills into real contention... There is talent and plenty to build around...They basically get an extra 2nd Round pick next year if Ragland comes back healthy.... Not saying the Bills will actually make the proper/smart moves...That's not a prediction I'm willing to make anymore...But it starts with moving on at QB...And IMHO a new Coaching staff...

It's an NFL team with owners who have an excellent reputation...There's only 32 of those jobs in the world (less with really good owners)...There is talent on Offense and Defense...They have the best rushing offense in the NFL, and they're still top 5 without Tyrod...I believe they would have been 3rd last year without Tyrod in rushing offense... Plenty of HC prospects will covet the Bills job...Plenty...

Sure the Bills have won 6 games...5 of those games are against teams with an average of 3.2 wins so far this season...The 6th was against NE's injured 3rd string QB... If you think the Bills can win with Tyrod...Especially after they pay him and handcuff themselves on the ability to do what's going to be necessary to build around him in order to take the next step...Good luck with that... Tyrod is the #1 problem on this team...It's not the Defense which granted is not good, it's not the WR's, it's not the injuries...It's Tyrod...He can't beat good teams...We've been here before...Don't be blinded...

The Defense does mostly suck...The secondary is terrible (kinda like what happened with the Jets after Revis left...Coincidence?)... But the QB position is the #1 problem with the Bills...Don't kid yourself...

This is actually pretty close to my opinion...I know it's dripping in sarcasm...But still... And I think it's important to understand the #1 problem with this team is not Rex...It's the QB position...But Rex is #2...And so is his Defense if you know what I mean... Right now the important thing is Rex has to go...We'll get to the replacement...But first lets get rid of the self-proclaimed Defensive genius...

Agreed...It was obvious...They got gashed a couple times on run plays too when I saw 2...yes 2 guys on the D-Line with their hands on the ground... Sometimes simple is better...Especially if you stick to what you're good at...After every single game the Bills D gets gashed I hear Rex say the same damned thing..."We tried everything, and nothing stopped them..." Well Rex...Maybe that's the whole problem...You're out there throwing crap against the wall to see if anything sticks...You're a genius in your own mind...but it's not freaking working...We saw it last year...It's the same damn thing... Maybe Rex should try to bring more pressure knowing they're giving up huge yardage when they rush 3 or 4 anyway?...I don't know...But I know for certain this Defensive scheme sucks...It's terrible...Maybe most Offenses have simply caught on...And Rex has no answers...

You can see plays like that throughout every game with TT...It's really par for the course with him...He's the best scrambling QB in the NFL...But that's all he really is...And the bigger the moment, the more he wilts...

It's a Bills message board...Taking the this whole thing too seriously is pretty much a given... You're right...But what does it really matter? He's not good enough...And once you give him that money you don't have enough resources to build a team around him that can win because of his deficiencies... This is certainly just my opinion...But I think he's gotta go...Even if it hurts in the short term, and it probably will, he's gotta go...

Well...The Bills had a 24-9 lead against that great SB contender and had a nuclear meltdown choke of a collapse... Honestly if you wanna play that one off as we played the better team and we'll get em next week go ahead and do so...Chances are you'll just be even more disappointed the next time our great Defensive Coach can't come up with a plan to stop anyone, or our great starting QB chokes with the game on the line... This team is average...TT is not good enough...And Rex Ryan has destroyed this Defense in less than 2 years... They're all but done...8-8...Maybe 9-7...But I'm not counting 7-9 out either...Even 6-10...They could have been much better...They have enough talent...They just choke...

I'm done with Rex...I'm done with Tyrod... If either is back next year we'll be out of it by week 13 again...

I was thinking at the end of that 1st half drive...Watch this FG be the difference...Playing that kitty Defense and letting them get in FG range in less than 30 seconds....

You had to know sooner or later the Defense would return to form and begin sucking again...
