    Yeah, for some reason Midnight Run has slipped by so many people. Almost everyone I talked to yesterday re: Grodin had never seen it. The Duke.

    Yeah, but Bob was a very weak frontman IMO. Everytime I saw the Dead in the 70’s and 80’s, I got a whole lot more out of Phil bombs on bass than I ever got from Bob. To be honest, back then I preferred JGB to the GD, all Jerry. I have come to appreciate Bobby more these days though.

    I don't follow the Sabres anymore, but I think it's obvious that Pegs big mistake there was bringing Russ Brandon into the front office. The Curse of Ralph spread thru the Sabres organization... a cancer of losing, making things monumentally worse.

    All very good-to-great players, but remember that this is the NFL where stats are for losers. As such, when it comes to best of the best QB, Moon, Tarkenton, Fouts, and Marino are not close to the top IMO. They can not touch Brady, Montana, or Graham. Sometimes life isn’t fair.

    Loser Dan folded in big games like a deer caught in headlights, unlike Jimbo who won many of them though not the biggest of them all.

    Anyone that played for QB U, especially Drew Brees. Other than that, any team that beat other teams/players that I hate. The 2009 Saints, 2013 Seahawks, and 2020 Bucs will always be near & dear to my heart.
