Yeah, for me it was the day Whaley got fired. The day that Brandon got dumped was icing on the cake.

If the Rat is winning multiple rings, it will have to be with a better big-game coach, because Fat ***** isn’t doing it. He was lucky to go up against an even bigger Big Game Chump in Kyle Shanahan, who choked and gifted him a SB 2 years ago. This past year, Fat ***** reverted back to form. That being said, McD hasn’t exactly proven himself in big games either. I do like to think that he learns from his mistakes, and after last year’s debacle in KC, he will have this team more than ready for a repeat encounter. As such, I will give the long-term advantage to Josh … but only time will tell.

Yeah, but Bob was a very weak frontman IMO. Everytime I saw the Dead in the 70’s and 80’s, I got a whole lot more out of Phil bombs on bass than I ever got from Bob. To be honest, back then I preferred JGB to the GD, all Jerry. I have come to appreciate Bobby more these days though.

I don't follow the Sabres anymore, but I think it's obvious that Pegs big mistake there was bringing Russ Brandon into the front office. The Curse of Ralph spread thru the Sabres organization... a cancer of losing, making things monumentally worse.

All very good-to-great players, but remember that this is the NFL where stats are for losers. As such, when it comes to best of the best QB, Moon, Tarkenton, Fouts, and Marino are not close to the top IMO. They can not touch Brady, Montana, or Graham. Sometimes life isn’t fair.
