    This makes me even more frustrated that we traded McCarron. Peterman is the ultimate fools gold practice hero. It shocks me that he was able to fool McD again. Here's to hoping that JA is ready!

    Exactly. I'm not anti McBeane but the decision to trade McCarron does not look like a prudent one in hindsight.

    I went back and watched Star specifically today and I wasn't upset with his play at all. He was doubled damn near every play and still pushed the Ravens line back at times. I don't know what more he could have done.

    He actually played very well yesterday. He over ran a couple plays but he is going to be a stud by the end of the year.

    I do the exact same thing for my old man. Get ST Max and give him the log in. Works like a charm.

    Other than Yanda their OL is suspect. We need to keep everything in front and not allow them to hit any big play deep balls. Flacco will throw a couple to us.

    Bills- 23 Ravens- 20 Too many people are underestimating the importance of Jimmy Smith to the Ravens D. We will be way more run/pass balanced than in the preseason. I think Croom and Clay both have big days.

    I was intrigued by Peterman after watching him in the preseason last year. Other than a few bad throws that he got lucky on this preseason, he's looked decisive and been effective. Hopefully we focus on his strengths. The kid definitely has a humble confidence to him. The fact that he was able to shake off the 5 pick game and come back and win the job says something. Good luck Nate!

    Foster did get really good separation on deep balls. We've got to have at least one deep threat.
