A lot of posts are saying that both teams need to be "good" for the rivalry to be relevant. I disagree. Chief/Raiders has long been one of the best rivalries in the NFL. I can probably count on one hand the number of times they've both been "good." And I'll chime in on the Phins. I will never not hate the Dolphins. I dislike the Pat*s, but truly hates their fanbase (and that stupid accent) more than the team. Jets always have been and look to continue to be irrelevant.

Watch - some a$$-hat on ESPN or NFL Network will predict the Phins have a 13-4 season, win the division and rep the AFC in the SB.

I was forced out of a job that I absolutely loved after 10 years last November. New CHRO came in a basically got rid of the entire HR Leadership team. Got a semi-nice golden parachute, so I was able to survive for quite some time. Keep in mind that while I am job hunting, I am in SC, so it's hybrid in Charlotte or full time remote, or on-site somewhere in the Columbia, SC area. Fast forward to March and I accept a full-time remote manager job because i need electricity, food and health bennies. Fortune 500 company, good culture, great people, but very much a tactical job. I got bored fast. Continued to look and landed a dream job at non-profit, but one that is absolutely huge - 44K employees and $30 BB in revenue. You all are familiar with them as their name is on a certain stadium we all know and love. I'm on day 12, and I'm loving every minute of it. It looked pretty grim there for a minute, but as I tell Mrs. McButterpants, "things always work out for me." thank you universe 🙏

Already here - planning to work another 7-8 years. Last year, we built a home in Lexington, SC outside of Columbia. We love it - access to Lake Murray, close to Charlotte, Charleston and Myrtle Beach. Low taxes and reasonable property values, and a few really nice golf courses. We're set & settled.

Where in SC? The Bills Backers of the Midlands (Columbia area) is organizing tickets + busses for both the Carolina and Atlanta games. i might take advantage of the ATL bus and save a hotel room. For the Panthers game, we have friends in Fort Mill, just south of the city, so we're going up on Saturday to "pre-game."

Made hotel reservations for Atlanta and Pittsburgh already. Atlanta ticket office is already spamming me, lol.

All together, just under $1000 - the mower itself was around $550. Fortunately, one of the batteries is interchangeable among the trimmer, edger and blower. Plus, I built a bad-ass looking charging station in my garage.

I went full EGO this year. 21" self-propelled mower, string trimmer, edger and blower. they all work super - as someone else mentioned, the mower is light as a feather. The back yard slopes considerably, so the self-propelled part is a blessing. No issues with batteries (yet). Loving it.

Holy Crap - an American!

The transition to YTTV (i am a subscriber to both) had a major impact on all of the "free" streams that used to be available on gameday, hence my subscription. But these prices - yikes! It may be more fiscally wise to hit up the local Bills Backer Bar...

That game is memorable for me in a different manner. On the pre-game show, Warren Sapp said something along the lines of, "I don't like any of their (the Bills) off-season moves." As the clock was winding down and victory assured, I tweeted at him, "How do the Bills offseason moves look now, Warren?" He actually replied with, "They playing well." My son then retweeted the convo with, "My dad calling out Hall of Famers on Twitter." Closest I've been to "going viral." Lol
