I like Joe B and i religiously tune into the podcast, but he REALLY missed the mark on this one - Whiffed on Milano and Williams being back, and whiffed on Addison taking a cut/restructure to stay.

This happens every year. Heck, Peter King predicted they would win the division last year. I guarantee someone at SI or ESPN will call them to be SB Champs.

The Ravens game was all about taking away what they do best. Heck, even the first Chiefs game was about that. The AFCCG soft zone was just mind boggling. Tag Milano with the Franchise or Transition tag to keep him a year. Figure out what to do with Edmunds (Brain transplant or cut ties seem to be the only two viable options - face reality: all the potential in the world is NOT going to make him develop good instincts. He's not good), and invest a 2nd rounder in a guy to play opposite Tre.

I'll take that wager - he was less than useless in all three playoff games. they could bring in a street free agent to play at his level.

The difference being that the 90 Bills could and did run against that defense. They just didn't do it enough. And that game was lost on 3rd and 13 when 5 different players had a chance to make a tackle.

Because he flat out sucks. He makes no plays, makes no difference. I defy anyone who defends Edmunds to post a video, screen shot, pic, article, ANYTHING showing a single play where Edmunds blew up a play in a critical situation. Big 3rd down sack, red zone INT, stuffed the hole on 4th and 1 . . . it doesn't exist... How long do you want to give him? 87 year old Cam Newton faked him out of his jockstrap on the TD run. any competent athlete would have drilled him into next Tuesday . . .

I can honestly say that a deep run would have been satisfactory for me before the Denver game. I came out of that win thinking of much bigger things. MUCH bigger things. "This shirt and hat are fine and dandy..." Indeed @JA17 . . . indeed.
