I like Hotrod and think we can win with this offense with better D and better Kicking teams. I'd rather keep him than roll the dice with someone else (unless Drew Brees or Aaron Rodgers falls in our lap). But come on man, Hotrod can't even carry those guys lunches.

What exactly does Whaley do to sabatoge these coaches? He doesn't get along with them? I don't get along with boss me some comworkers either. Am I sabatoging them? In environments with strong egos, not getting along is not uncommon.

Rex's job was to win. He did it better than anyone since Wade. He had issues, but I agree with Peter. He should have gotten 1 more year. It makes us look stupid and will affect our ability to hire a real coach and attract new talent in the off season. That said, i hope it works. Go BILLS !!

Say what you want about Hotrod, but we score a lot of points when he plays. I'm leaning on keeping Hotrod but only if we keep Rex. Any new coach is going to want to bring in his own OC and QB. It will be hard for the new offense to keep up with this one with Hotrod.

As far as the Rooney rule thing goes, evidently Lynn himself thinks it may be playing a role in getting interviews. He says he's not doing any interviews unless they've already interviewed a minority candidate. As far as him being great, what he's done as OC he took over the leagues top running offense two years running and didn't fug it up.

Actually firing Rex would be the your definition of stupidity. Swapping coaches every couple of years had been the constant in the drought. And, as Peter said, what quality coach will come here with no QB after we hired a respected coach and **** can him after 2 years? This after the coach before him quit after 2years. If we go with your anti-stupidity plan, we will have had 4coaches in the last 6 years and 5 in the last 8. Sounds like more of the same to me.

If your kid is not a Bills fan I'm gonna say thats your fault not the Bills. My daughter is older than your kid, but she's a HUGE Bills fan. In her tenure as a Bills fan she's seen 3 playoff losses and 4 or 5 winning seasons. But her, my wife, and I have had a lot of fun and family bonding rooting for the Bills.
