Trump's leadership team
reddogblitz replied to Benjamin Franklin's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I watched the video and read the article, and gosh I hope this is just another one of Trump's tweets to freak out the Democrats. For one thing, the VA already DOES give Veterans vouchers if they can't be seen at a VA facility. Instead of giving money to illegal aliens, give it to vets. Sounds good when raising money for your PAC I suppose. Having children in the service does not qualify one for Director of VA. Heck, maybe it does. I'll throw my Mom's hat into the ring . Also, what sacrifices has Donald Trump made that are anything close to what war veterans and their families have made? -
1. Why is this so surprising/horrible? Of course other countries are trying to hack us. We hack them. We hacked the Chancellor of Germany's cell phone for crying out loud. Seems hypocritical for us whine about this. 2. So what if they hacked the DNC? During the primaries when Bernie supporters were complaining about super delegates etc, we were told it's cool because they aren't part of government. They are a private club and can do as they damn well please. So a private club got hacked. should we expect the government to be concerned about hacks to private clubs? What if NRA or Hair Club for Men gets hacked?

Good job. Thanks.

Does 2500 heroes showing up as reenforcements make you think any different about it? I know we as Americans love our heroes. Couldn't help but notice during the games on TV this weekend.

I see. The buck no longer stops where it used to.

OK, let's do this: Tyrod Taylor

Im with K9 on this one. Some think QB is the end all be all anD want to keep cycling bargain basement QBs with an unknown "ceiling". But what about the rest of the guys? Does Jerry Hughes and Sammy and Shady and all the guys get as jacked up and go all out when they know we're not really trying to win THIS YEAR? In the modern era of free agency, ufyou have good talent like i feel like we do, you gotta go for it THIS YEAR. Next year your talent may not be as good. Provided we don't go on a run here (which we very well might) and finish 8-8 or better, that'd be 3 straight non losing seasons. We're close. Stay the course (unless something truly better comes along) IMHO. That said, I expect DW to be working the phones since he doesn't like to stand pat on QBs. -

Sounds like we're NOT putting enough points on the board to win. -

Not necessarily. Bringing in an established vet to take over the first round 2nd year QB and the following year have Hotrod vs EJ vs Matt Cassell Duke it out in TC seems otherwise. -

THis looks like a designed send everybody long/QB draw. He got 10 yards. -
Other than the shooting, how did you like the play Mrs. Lincoln? I also seem to recall the brilliant executive leaving the economy in shambles. All due to his great executiveness no doubt.

Having a bidness background sure worked for W Bush.

I can't speak for all posters who find fault with parts of Hotrod's game, but I like a lot of what he is doing but would like to see him improve on some of his weak spots. I don't wan to run anyone out of town, i just waNt playoffs. -

This idea that Hotrod HAS to run due to bad blocking is crazy. Our OLine is playing very well IMHO. We're numero uno in running which obviously means they're blocking well for that. They often create great pockets and give Hotrod time to throw. Often when running, he has a clean pocket but decides to run anyway. Sometimes protection breaks down due to Hotrod holding onto it too long. We has won 14 out of his 25 starts. Better than many QBs we've had, but it's still only .560 which ain't gonna cut it. It's a mixed bag. The making plays part is great. But he is leaving a lot of plays out there as well. Just win baby (especially this Sunday) -
Not too nice of an article on Tyrod Taylor

Sorry if I misled you. I don't hate Flutie, I think his time with the Bills was awesome and dumping him for RJ was probably second dumbest Bills thing after not starting him vs. Titans. I meant that while Hotrod and Flutie are fleet of food, Flutie didn't run from clean pockets like Hotrod does. That said, we won. No complaints on Hotrod's game today. Go BILLS !! -

Wrooooooooooooong. Flutie was a much better passer and scrambled to get free to pass mostly. I don't think I ever saw Flute run from a clean pocket. -
Captain Checkdown: Part Two
reddogblitz replied to BringBackFergy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Evidently, because that's what they're doing I TIVO the games. When I re watch them, on plays where he runs or scrambles or whatever, I watch the protection. Often, when protection is good, he runs or scrambles anyway. Often into trouble that wasn't there. Times when stepping up INTO the pocket would buy significant more time. Sometimes he is able to make a post, sometimes not. I like Hotrod, but it is what it is. He runs out of clean pocket several times per game. Own it. -

I was at the Cardinals game. It was VERY exciting. -
We are top 10 in points scored since start of 2015.
reddogblitz replied to bobobonators's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Actually we are exactly .500 over the last 34 games. 4-4 last 8 games of '14, 8-8 in '15 and 5-5 so far this year. I hope you're right about the needle part. I guess it is better than going 6-10 every year. Go BILLS!! -

Good day for anti-Trumpers. He's not going to lock her up, and he's abandoning The TPP.

I once saw the Bills win a game with EJ at QB with TJ Graham and M Goodwin as starting WRs. EJ was able to throw 2TD passes to them. The starters were injured. Goodwin was out there Sunday, (just sayin'). True, TJ was not http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/2013111700/2013/REG11/jets@bills?icampaign=GC_schedule_rr#menu=gameinfo%7CcontentId%3A0ap2000000283521&tab=recap The Panthers made it to the SB last year without their top WR (Melvyn Benjamin) for the whole season. Hotrod is a big boy. Enough with the excuses. This is a production business. -

Why throw the ball with 2:31 left in the game.

I'm extremely happy with the win. Just discussing a play call. And besides, who says running on 3rd and 3 when you're the top rushing team in the NFL 2 years running is not playing for the win?
