Actually firing Rex would be the your definition of stupidity. Swapping coaches every couple of years had been the constant in the drought. And, as Peter said, what quality coach will come here with no QB after we hired a respected coach and **** can him after 2 years? This after the coach before him quit after 2years. If we go with your anti-stupidity plan, we will have had 4coaches in the last 6 years and 5 in the last 8. Sounds like more of the same to me. -
You can fire one person - who is it?

Danny Crossman. Our kicking teams have stunk this year. -

If your kid is not a Bills fan I'm gonna say thats your fault not the Bills. My daughter is older than your kid, but she's a HUGE Bills fan. In her tenure as a Bills fan she's seen 3 playoff losses and 4 or 5 winning seasons. But her, my wife, and I have had a lot of fun and family bonding rooting for the Bills. There are worse things in life than rooting for a bad football team. I hope your 8 year old has fun at the birthday party. Mike Ditka On the field. I just remember watching games when he was in Detroit and they would lose due to some bone headed play or penalty. Yeah, our D was really good with him in 2014. But I still think he's a bad HC based on what I saw in Detroit. If the alternative is Scwartz, I'd rather roll with Rex for another year. -

Rex watched the Super Bowl with Terry and Kim and charmed the pants off of 'em. Thats why he was hired. Heck, I bet watching the Super Bowl with Rex would be fun. -

Was Jeff Hostettler a great QB? -

Schwartz's teams in Detroit were even more undisciplined than Rex's. May be a good fit however. They also we're pretty good at finding new ways to lose. -

Last time we tried to hire him he Recommended Chan Gailey. I wonder who he will recommend this time? Twitter is the tail that wags the dog. -

Someone just let me know when a press conference after the season is over is scheduled. We're being played just like were last week. -

My brother. I'm with you 100%. If we win 2 out of last 3 it will mean we haven't had a losing season since 2013. Think about that for a minute. Sure we want better. But we're trending upward and are getting close. We're pretty much where the Saints were before Brees and the Seahawks before Wilson. Sometimes a team hangs around .500 for a few years before breaking through. There are other ways to get a QB than a high draft pick. Arizona had had success with washed up has been twice. Warren and Palmer. And yeah our talent is Miles ahead of the personal 7-9 and 6-10 teams. Reload, not rebuild. Stay the course for one more year. The new exalted coach if Rex is fired will be our 4th in 6 years and 5th in 8. A true blueprint for success. -
Be honest...who wants to lose to the Browns?

You do realize that if we fire Rex and hire Coach X, we will have had 4 coaches in the last 6 years and 5 in the last 8, right? Talk about keep doing the same thing when it's not working. gheeez It's all pissing in the wind probably anyway. When Terry hired Rex he said he wanted stability and gave him a 5 year contract. If we win 2 out of the last 3 we will have gone 3 years without a losing season. Stay the course for at least 1 more year anyway IMHO. -

Oh totally. The blow it uppers say they'd be happy losing knowing better times are ahead. Would be about half a season before the bitching would start again. -
Agreeing with Tom makes you an idiot.

Amen. What makes anyone think even if we did tank we'd pick the right guy. If we fire Rex what makes anyone think Terry will hire someone better. Sometimes teams mark time at 8-8 or 9-7 for a few years before breaking through. I remember the Saints did that a few years with Blake at QB until they got Blue Drees. The didn't tank to get a good qb. then they were set and off to the races. I'd rather see us do it that way. I don't trust the Bills to go 3-13 and get back to .500 much less playoffs in 5 years. -

"Winning is a habit. Unfortunately so is losing." --Vince Lombardi. WWVD Sunday is as good a day to break the habit as any. Just win baby. -

You're dreaming if you think there's a snowball's chance in Miami Rex starts Jones vs the Jets at the Swamplands. Also if you think Rex is going to get fired with only 2 games left. -

Does anyone remember 2004? We went 9-7. Had a GREAT defense. Won 7 out of the last 9 or whatever it was. Demolished the Seahawks (a playoff team that year) in their own house. We had serious mojo going into 2015, but instead decided to "rebuild" and go with a 2nd year 1st round pick QB and let a lot of our vets go. How did that work out? It took 11years before we had another 9-7 season. Jaguars did exactly what y'all wanna do 4 years ago. Got the high draft pick "franchise QB", new coach etc. How's that workin' out? The 0-13 Clowns have done it several times. I suppose it works sometimes, but not very often. I vote for winning out and trying to improve our team for another run next year. Go BILLS!!! -

Maybe because he has brought 2 Lombardis to his previous employer? Tom would have instant credibility and buy in from the players. The age thing doesn't bother me at all. I'd rather have an old smart football coach than a dumb young one. Goodness knows we've had plenty of those. -
