In 2008 or so we opened up against Hawks fresh off an NFC Championship game and we trounced 'em with Trent at QB. 4 years ago we played Baltimore fresh off a SB victory and beat them with rookie QB EJ under center. 2 years ago we opened against Indy fresh off the AFC Championship deflate gate game and steam rolled over them.

How does a defensive back/player DC become a head coach and revolutionize NFL offenses? Won so much and changed NFL offenses so much he was put into HOF one year after he was fired after 29 seasons, 20 straight winning seasons, and 2 Lombardis? I'm not saying Dennison is going to be the next Tom Landry, but this idea that a guy can only play/coach 1 position is silly IMHO. If you know football, you know football.

This is the one thing that concerns me about Coach McDermott. Our kicking teams were horrible this year. He comes in on the 1st day on the job and announces that Crossman is staying. Does he not understand the importance of kicking teams like Marv did? Hopefully it works out. Go BILLS !!

If true, then my suggestion to McDerMutt is to keep the old resume sharpened up. A coach that is rebuilding is rebuilding for the next coach that comes in. Why does everybody want to do this "blow it up" nonsense? I'd rather do as the Fish did this year. Get a new coach and make the playoffs. Fish don't have a very good QB or Defense for that matter.
