  1. When was the last time Terry pulled a successful tear down and rebuild? In his current one he's 1 1/2 years in still in last place.
  2. Cool. Sorry to get preachy, by that's one of my pet peeves. parents with children ignoring them with thier head up thier cell phone. I do see it a lot though.
  3. From someone who's been around the block: Put the cell phone down. The 4 year old will be gone sooner than you think. But, the Bills and cell phone will still be here.
  4. Basically, it reads like a fairy tail.
  5. This again? I thought he was supposed to fall off a cliff this year.
  6. Did Miami get a new scheme and OC?
  7. If true, then my suggestion to McDerMutt is to keep the old resume sharpened up. A coach that is rebuilding is rebuilding for the next coach that comes in. Why does everybody want to do this "blow it up" nonsense? I'd rather do as the Fish did this year. Get a new coach and make the playoffs. Fish don't have a very good QB or Defense for that matter.
  8. Here's what Gil Brandt says about Hotrod. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000776013/article/ideas-for-the-qbneedy-trubisky-to-browns-romo-to-texans I agreed with Gil.
  9. So everything except that?
  10. What about the part where you said 6 divided by 5 is 1.25?
  11. Actually, it's 1.2, but carry on.
  12. I like this. I've thought for a while if a ref makes a bone headed call which affects the outcome of a game, he Should be suspended and have to pass a hard 100 question test about the rules to get back in.
  13. College football is like watching paint dry with all of the ridiculous challenges.
  14. I'm going to say Drew Bledsoe. Played in cold at Washington State. Then for Patsies**. Saw him out duel Rob Johnson and Flutie in a blizzard in overtime at the Ralph. Kyle Orton maybe though. Played at Purdue. Played for Bears and Broncos. Hotrod though maybe. Gets cold in Virginia and at Baltimore although he didn't play much there.
  15. Stealers in 2005. I'm going to disagree with this one. Breaking free from defenders and hitting Tyree and the winner to Buris were Eli being Eli. His thing isn't stats, it's winning. And he's good at it.
  16. I suspect this to be true. I haven't played football beyond 8th grade. But I do play drums and have performed at many levels. It is absolutely true for drums. Everyone who is serious practices a lot. But the good ones are just better. On the other hand, I have never known a good drummer who didn't put in a lot of time and effort.
  17. Drew Brees. Eli Manning. Tony Romo. Kurt Warner. Matt Hasselback. Brett Favre. Alex Smith. Craig Morton. Peyton Manning. Fran Tarkenton. WE NEED A NEW KICKER
  18. Hotrod is a God guy so we got that covered. I'd rather just stick with Hotrod. Philip Is a choke artist. If he's a "franchise QB" why hasn't his team been able to win more than 9 games of the last 7 years. Philip would fit right in however. He's good at finding new ways to lose.
  19. Giving your first coach only 31 games seems to suggest otherwise.
  20. Do you think what these teams offer will play into thier decision at all? We lost out on Alex Smith because even though we offered the same, the Cheaps pick was earlier than ours so the Whiners went with it. Wasn't just because they don't like the Bills.
  21. How do you know this? How did it go down? Did Doug not want him, but Rex overruled him somehow? How would that even work? I don't doubt that Rex wanted Hotrod, by I suspect Doug agreed at least. I mean, he's the GM. How does someone get on the team if the GM doesn't want him?
  22. How exactly did Rex bring in Hotrod totally independent of Whaley? Did Whaley have no involvement? ZERO? Whaley also brought in Kyle Orton who was effective. Bills were 7-5 with Kyle under center. 2 of those wins came due to late QB heroics.
  23. We'll see. I've head Coach Marrone, Rex, and Chip Kelly all say the same thing.
