    I think Gase had some bad luck. First year they made the plahoffs. Year 2 he has to coax Jay Cuttler out of retirement. This year he is going with Oswieler in some games. even Knute Rockne would have a hard time winning with those Qbs. Yet he was able to win 1/2 of his games.

    I usually think that guys that take over teams that have been bad year over year and get their fledgling QB to perform like an all pro and then draft a guy even better and then go to back to back conference championship s and lose the SB by less than a TD suck too. fish getting Hardball would be bad news for us IMHO.

    If we don't acquire 2 or 3 WRs markedly better than what we have now, I would expect our futile passing game to continue. We will never have a very good team or a good passing game or an effective QB until we get some studs at WR IMHO. Look at who Jimbo had ...

    Except that if you draft well, when players come up for FA you won't be able to sign them because they are too expensive. See Robert Woods and Happy Gilmore.

    Need is need. Last year's draft, at least the 1st round, was all about need. beanE sounds like a politician that thinks nothing can be looked up and no one's memory is longer than a month. This comment made me literally LOL out loud.
