  1. About 7 hours by plane.
  2. Well, the OP said a player to put us over the top. To me that means to beat the Chiefs. In the AFC Championship, Mahomes had all day to throw and was only sacked once for zero yards. Tyree Hill ran wild. Kelce was open all over the field. Belechick is known for stopping the opponent’s best weapon. Well, I guess you could say the Bills D stopped the running of Mahomes as he had 5 carries for 5 yards but they really needed to shut down either Hill or Kelce. Milano is known for his pass coverage ability but I don’t recall if he was the reason Kelce had a big day. It may have been more their scheme. The Bills definitely made the attempt to address the pass rush with their first 2 draft picks, but an instant improvement would likely come from a veteran player so I like the Arnold pick. The Bills also had problems offensively in that they only scored 2 touchdowns but had 4 FGs. Josh was also sacked 5 times and other than his good day of running (for his life), the Bills had only 41 yards on 11 carries. That would make one think of offensive line or a good blocking TE, which would be Kittle.
  3. C’mon guys, let’s get it to a 3rd page. Remember the days of posts like “First” and “+1”?
  4. But the league replay crew could’ve used some practice.
  5. Yeah, that was bogus. What if there was a, heaven forbid, big kick return?
  6. Janet Patterson at RB for Skins (did it on purpose)- 40 Yards rushing WR Anthony Johnson- 2 Recs, 38 Yards, 1TD for Steelers Tyree Jackson at TE for Eagles- 2Recs for 32 Yards
  7. Didn’t get that email. Doh!
  8. We went through this same thing last year. It was free Sunday Ticket Max but you still had to pay for Sunday Ticket.
  9. Pretty much. Maybe they can get a 6th round pick for him.
  10. I don’t believe Matt Barkley has retired. He’s still young enough (30).
  11. Due to injury(s) at RB, Antonio Williams makes the team and contributes during the season.
  12. They can ask/tell him to knock it off and, if he continues to make it a distraction, suspend him without pay. Then, if the NFLPA sticks it’s nose into it (Likely!), then cut him. Chances are, if they just cut him, it will divide the team further as some will consider it going overboard. Cutting him would send a message though, wouldn’t it? Like the 2 assistant coaches that got fired.
  13. LOL!! 😂🤪🤮
  14. I hear you. I DVR to avoid having to watch commercials and start watching a couple hours after the game starts. I did a partial season of NBA League Pass thru Amazon this past season and didn’t like it. Even to watch recorded games later, I couldn’t see where I was in fast forwarding. Had to guess on commercial breaks. Pain in the rear.
  15. A few years back, ESPN changed NFL Primetime, moving it to Monday and removing Chris Berman and Tom Jackson. I wanted to see highlights on Sunday so I saw that the NFL Network had a highlight show on Sunday evening. The host was Chris Rose and included Deion (excuse me, Coach Deion) and Michael Irvin. For me it was unwatchable. Deion and Irvin would be talking and jiving while Rose was trying to address the highlights. It was really bad.
  16. The last Bills game I saw in Buffalo was Thanksgiving weekend 1996, Kelly’s last season. Bills clobbered the Jets and Moulds had a kickoff return TD.
  17. 12 and 5. The Bills last season were extremely lucky with injuries and that could return to the norm. A season-ending injury to a starter or two could make the difference.
  18. That’s why I don’t like this happening now. A seemingly close team made it to the AFC Championship and hopes to take the next step. The last thing we needed was to have a divisive issue.
  19. Exactly. When the Bills had no prime time games, I looked at it as 16 games for about $300 is less than $20 per game. I used to go to a Bills Backers location in San Jose. Between having to drive 30 miles to get there, most of the Bills games starting at 10 AM out here, and paying for food and drinks, I prefer ST.
  20. I walked into a restaurant in Santa Cruz and there was Plunkett and Chandler at a table. I didn’t bother them.
  21. I have to get that book.
  22. I did the same. Kind of ironic that he ended up with Oakland since he played a lot like Fred Biletnikoff. It was also ironic that he was traded to Oakland 2 months after I moved to the Bay Area. Died too young.
  23. New England did go for WRs in free agency, but if this guy is afraid to compete against Agholor and Bourne, fogettaboutit.
