    I actually watched a little of Oakland/Seattle and saw Tarvaris throw a nice ball on the run to a receiver in the end zone which was dropped.

    Well, so much for Nix's preference for guys from the South. That's two straight from the PAC 12.

    There is definitely something to Nix's affinity for players from the south with all of the selections in the 1st three rounds of his drafts being from southern schools. Therefore, it would be surprising to see the selection of Woods, Ertz or Te'o.

    I believe that is the latest in the season that the Bills have had their bye. Could be good to rest up and heal up some guys before the playoff run. LOL!!

    Ironically this was just a storyline on the USA Network series Necessary Roughness. On the show it was a QB who played for the NY team.

    Anytime somebody thinks the Bills are at an All-Time low, come back and look at the stretch between 1968 to '72. Yikes! The last three seasons allowing 425 pts or more is also pretty bad though.

    Were there high expectations for this team? This was their first losing season since 2007-08 so they had been doing fairly well.

    If you weren't around for the 1971 season, that was just about rock bottom. 1-13 record and shut out 4 times. 1984 & 1985 seasons were also pretty bad, both with 2-14 records.

    Like everyone else, I knew the Bills needed an upgrade at QB. Will be interesting, though, what is said here when Fitz's replacements tally like 12 TD passes next season.
