  1. Simple.... offer to perform with the cast of the nutcracker for free when it comes to Buffalo
  2. Even when Fabio is healthy, the only linebacker he reminds me of is Edgar Chandler. And, anybody who endured those Bills years with him at MLB remember how much he sucked... and so does Fabio... get us a real MLB.... one like Zack Thomas used to be... one that makes plays down in and down out. Man... Fletcher was so much better.
  3. 1. QB, OT, DL, LB, LB, LB 2. QB, OT, DL, LB, LB, LB 3. QB, OT, DL, LB, LB, LB 4. QB, OT, DL, LB, LB, LB QB is obvious, as is both OT spots. Defensively, the line is adequate, but we need a monster in the middle. LB is clearly the worst position. All three positions need real starters. Fabio is a kitty and doesn't care about head hunting. If you want a major league defense, we need a real MLB. Ellison is a fill in rotational player, and Mitchell is a borderline starter.... he wouldn't start on at least half the NFL teams.
  4. Dude.... that would be no different than adding a new transmission to a 76 rusted out Chevy Vega with a bad engine burning oil. The first thing that has to happen is Ralph having a moment of clarity, purging everyone in the FO first. Believe me, after that happens, you'll get your new OC, and more.
  5. I think everyone looked at the scheudle and saw Cleveland too. Fitz may give the Bills a better chance than with Trent. But, the one thing that contiinues to suck is the defense. The linebacking corp has got to be the worst, and least physical in the NFL. They're a disgrace and should play in a women's league. The Bills defense has held the opposing team's offense to less than 70 plays only twice this year.... against the Saints (69) and the Browns (59). What do you think the chances that Carolina is gonna smoke the Bills linebackers again tomorrow?
  6. Yeah, til November.
  7. Allen got tossd out of Tampa by Glazer cuz he sucked. And, if Gruden was so good, why did Glazer bounce him?
  8. I'll telll you one thing. The Bills have no shame. They've got a lot of balls to pitch tickets for a two game holiday package, rewarding the buyer with a key chain and towel the size of a wash cloth. What a bunch of crap. Yeah, I know it's a business, but put a product on the field that is seriously competitive and you won't have to come up with promotions and gimmicks to entice fans to the turnstyles. 21st on "D", 25th on "O", expecting to fill the house to watch them get destroyed by the Pats, and at this point it would appear a 2nd stringer game for the Colts, giving a meaningless victory to DJ in his last hurrah as the Bills HC. Pathetic. The Bills ought to be giving refunds for the embarrassment of the product they've put on the field this year.
  9. No new helmet. What Trent should do is just sit out and take it easy for the next 12 weeks.
  10. Fabio is highly overrated. Aside from QB, the weakest position on the Bills is clearly linebacker. The entire linebacking core needs to be flipped in lieu of real linebackers, that actually hit, foam at the mouth, create havoc, and have bad intentions.
  11. U guyz kill me.... we got dinged for 300 yards rushing.... ain't no-one, no-how gonna get looked at seriously ffor pro bowl consideration. Williams is a great rotational DT.... we need a monster in the middle
  12. Yeah... watched Trent creamed. He's gonna be a great one.
  13. Lets stop making excuses for "Maybe". Seriously, we are potentially looking at the reincarnation of Erik Flowers.... but Flowers was a late first rounder... not a #11... you expect more. "Maybe" needs to step it up in a big way quickly.
  14. Yeah, "Fabio" really had a great game. Gave up 319 yds. rushing???? I'm fairly certain the Bills played w/o a MLB today.
  15. What's with the love fest with Gruden. The guy sucks. He took over a loaded Tony Dungy team with a killer defense, got lucky and squeezed out a SB win.... right when he wasn't the "hunted". Since then, he ran that team into the ground and even his players tossed him under the bus. He's a career offensive coordinator with a big mouth and rests on that one SB. He ain't done **** since then. Cowher stands head and shoulders above the rest... and he ain't coming.
  16. Quickly.... name me any.... that's right, ANY college HC that's jumped up to the prime time league from college and done squat (other than Jimmy Johnson) in the past 30 years? Riley, Erickson, Davis, Saban, Spurrier.... yep, and Leach (he's won so many national championships I lost count) is gonna leap over the top of them all and be the Jesus Christ, Santa Claus, and Barak Obama savior of the Bills and the NFL Let's get real folks.... there ain't a coach on this planet that can succeed in Buffalo without a solid front office, ... and this front office resembles liquid effluent more than solid waste.
  17. I think he's saying, if Hitler, PETA, and Madonna bid 1 billion bucks, and the NFL wouldn't approve them as owners, then Warren Buffet could buy them for 900 million. As far as keeping them in Buff.... Yeah... this team could definitely saty here and live off the Toronto market. The key to doing that is put a product on the field that wins and has a few stars. Put more focus on maketing to Toronto and have players frequent there as much as possible. They can sell more luxury suites to Toronto businesses and businessmen and for a higher price.... and don't worry about money for a new stadium.... if it means losing the Bills, NYS will shove it up the asses of the taxpayers again... .
  18. I suppose there's a lot worse things that could happen to the Bills.
  19. I'd a thought if he was physically able, they'd have already brought him back. He must be nowhere near ready.
  20. Seems that whoever stole has a choice... either return it clandstinely and quickly, or cut it up, split it real quick, and use it to heat the house.
  21. Oh boy... It seems that have you may have experienced something like this first hand. Consequences? Divorces cost so much because they're worth it.
  22. So, when will we hear about the ever popular "players only meeting" going down? And, who will be the players on the soapbox? Or, will there not be such a meeting, and will the players that proclaim to love Dick so much, just let him whither on the vine? In the history of this franchise, I can't ever remember such a collection of whimpy players. Usually you have one or two that stoke the fire. I remember when Maguire and Shaw would stir things up, or Joe D., Fergy would stare his receivers down after screwing up a route, Smerlas would stir the pot, Kelly, Thermal, Tally, would fire up the troops. I guess if the players don't have that fire, there's nothing that will shake them up. Hell, the whole ambivilent culture and atmosphere at OBD even seems to have rubbed off on TO.
  23. Russ ain't the GM... all he is is the dude that rounds up the rest of the guys for meetings and then counts votes on decisions and declares that they've reached a consensus. Ralph is the only one in charge and he's content having placed the operation of the team in the hands of a few caretakers to maintain/sustain the status quo. Brandon wouldn't be a credible GM for a small fry footbal team. He can sure raise money though. If you've got a really bad product you've been trying to peddle... hire Russ. He will turn your trash into cash.
  24. OK dude, you piqued my interest by the thread title. So, splain me... "what passing game"? There surely can't be a serious question about something that doesn't exist, can there?
  25. 1) Will the Bills win another game this season? 2) The thing that will piss a lot of us off is after the bye week they decide to bench Edwards, and Fitzpatrick comes in. Behold, the offense functions somewhat effectively. Might have salvaged the first half of the season by, listening to everyone about Capn'n Chkdn, and doing that in the first place. 3) If the Bills should end up with the first pick in the draft... 1) will there be a game changer guy, 2) Will the Bills have the dude signed before the end of the regular season, 3) Will the Bills trade the pick to the Patriots for Todd Light? 4) Will Russ Brandon completely disrobe in front of us all so that we can confirm that he has no balls? There's a reason Ralph put him there... he likes control, and people with balls, ala Polian, don't last long. 5) The NFL's 3 oldest owners, Bud Adams, Al Davis, Ralph Wilson have teams that are a collective 1-19. Irony? Or has the game passed them by? 6) Are the unis the problem? Since the new unis in 2001, this team has achieved the 8 win mark only once... and even then, the coach decided he'd accomplished his mission, and quit. 7) Jauron will be fired at season's end, if not before.... no surprise here. Alas, he will end up set for life with his golden parachute, just like a lot of corporate executives that ran their companies into the ground. Damn, this is America, I completely forgot... we reward failure... and penalize success. 8) What must the Roger's up in Toronto be thinking about this team? Ralph really pulled one over on them. Alas... if they're smart, they'll market the game to Jet fans and have them fly up to Toronto on Jet Green for a weekend of Christmas shopping, entertainment, and a Buffalo Roast. 9) What flavor will be Russ Brandon's next batch of koolaid to extort cash from our pockets when it comes time to sell tix next spring? Ad your thoughts here..... 10) To all of you that are totally disgusted with this organization and have a lot to say (nad not on the positive side).... Are you sick of Jauron and Edwards ... all talk, no action? Sick of Ralp's inaction? Sick of Russ Brandon espousing this is 'unacceptable'... and then accepting it? Do you buy tickets to the game and Bills merchandise? If so, you have a choice... reward this organization for failure or stay home and cut your $$ losses. If you must, you can always watch the game on TV.... Ralph needs to see the seats empty for half a season to get his attention.
