This is awesome…the Pats use 4th overall pick on a guard. That victory over the Bills set this franchise back big time…

I think the Tre White signing means the Bills are not going to force a CB in round 1, and instead are going to be taking a defensive lineman at 30. I think Kenneth Grant will be the pick, but they will trade up to 26 with the Rams to get him.

My dream top 3 for the Bills: 30: Kenneth Grant 56: Darien Porter 62: Kyle Williams I think it's doable, but there might have to be a slight trade up, either for Grant or Porter...

One thing we can say for sure about the Beane era: The national media are completely clueless about who the Bills are going to draft in the first round. Absolutely no one had us picking Elam, Kincaid, Rousseau or even Josh Allen. The only time we went the way many people expected was when we drafted Ed Oliver in 2019...I do believe some teams leak information about who they like in the draft, but the Bills aren't one of those teams.

I don't see an issue with taking a 1T at the end of round 1, especially if the player has some pass rush upside, like Harmon and Grant...and it's a huge need. There just aren't that many massive humans with athletic ability...

One thing I’m sure of is that Malaki Starks won’t be the pick…Beane uses the first round to take players at premium positions. No way we take a safety in round 1, after picking one in round 2 last year. Plus they really like Taylor Rapp…and Derrick Forest is going to be good, as well.

No. Graham is no Quinnen Williams or Chris Jones. I’m not at all convinced he’s better than Kenneth Grant, who could be available at 30. Hard pass.

Williams had the same problem his last year at USC…holding onto the ball forever. I think it’s a processing problem, and I definitely would not have drafted him first overall.

Signing White could give the Bills a higher comfort level about drafting someone like Darian Porter, who is a great fit, but is still raw, only having started about 8 games at CB…just a thought

I was thinking Rams at 26…they don’t have second round pick. I think we would have to throw in a 5th to get that done. This would enable the Bills to come away with one of their top CBs and one of the top DTs, which would be huge, and we’d still have a lot of day 3 picks…I’m not saying I’d do it, but it’s worth talking about…

What would people think about trading both seconds to move up to 26, so we’d have 26 and 30? haven’t heard that possibility discussed much…

It’s also ruined free agency, where teams like the Pats and Jets make big moves and get touted as the team that’s going to end the Bills’ stranglehold on the AFCE…

Interesting. I think corner is the one position where the 40 time really matters a lot…if you can’t run really fast then you can’t cover Jamar Chase, etc, and you really can’t be a CB1.

I think this guy has to be a Bills second round target…insane athletic profile and a great special teamer, which is now a big need, with Hollins gone…

I think it’s one of the most unpredictable drafts in a while. After the top 3 picks, no one knows anything. There seems to be no consensus at all who’s going in the next 20 or so picks and no consensus about who’s going in the first round in general. Guys like Kenneth Grant are projected anywhere from 12 to 44. Same with some of the DBs. And Shadeur Sanders is a big wild card. I think there will be lots of draft day trades, but teams are taking a wait and see approach.

Kyle Williams should definitely be in play under this scenario…

The beauty of the Bills losing that game is that the Pats are in a really bad spot right now…they are likely going to miss out on the three blue chip players in this draft, and there’s no one worth taking at 4…they’d love to trade back but probably no takers.

A double dip is a very good possibility…
