The Bills will treat this like a playoff game, which means the entire Josh Allen playbook will be activated. We saw what that looks like yesterday. If NE wins, they will have done something the Bills were never able to do: knock off the king of the division. (The Bills never did that to the Brady Pats; they just assumed the crown after Brady went to Tampa.)
