  1. Jags, Colts or Seahawks, please
  2. New England, Chargers or Arizona
  3. I know Johnston wasn’t their pick, but it’s too early to write him off, and I don’t see a Jim Harbaugh team taking a WR in round 1 two years in a row. I think they trade back, take a tackle and then a WR later, probably on day 2.
  4. I appreciate the gambling insights but to me this is a non-story unless the odds of Diggs leaving Buffalo have moved a lot, and it sounds like they haven’t. He’s still going nowhere.
  5. Along with Drake Maye, the most overrated prospect in the draft.
  6. It's poor positional value and Beane has shown that that is important to the Bills. I just can't see it.
  7. I would give that up to move up into the late teens for Thomas, but I have a feeling he’s coming off the board before that, maybe even before Odunze…
  8. That seems like a long way to drop for a mid-third.
  9. Not saying I agree with that draft strategy…I think Beane would point out that they use a four-man rotation on the IDL.
  10. I think the Bills would also consider one of their top interior DLs if they are available at 28…I think they believe the Samuel acquisition frees them up to go WR in round 2.
  11. It's also an officiating problem...referees simply do not call offensive holding in the playoffs (especially against the Chiefs), so when it most matters, they are able neutralize all that expensive edge rush talent that you stocked up on in the draft and in free agency...
  12. I said, “other than the Big 3”. Jones is one of the Big Three.
  13. Taylor and Thuney were FA acquisitions
  14. Who else have they re-signed for big money?
  15. I like what you’ve done here…not just regurgitating the same picks as everyone else, but putting a lot of thought into it. I think your projected Bills picks are zero possibility, but overall, it’s a very interesting mock.
  16. The Chiefs are sticking with their plan: Don’t pay anyone except the Big 3, and keep getting younger and cheaper… it’s worked pretty well…
  17. What good will that do when they don’t call offensive holding in the playoffs?
  18. I don’t know if I agree 100% with my take either🤣….I mean, MHJ might turn out to be a great pro. I just hate the entitled attitude, which IMO is based largely on his name. Go watch the combine interview of Rome Odunze, who had every bit as good a college career as Harrison. They asked why he was there when other top receivers were taking a powder, and he talked about how much he loves to compete and how a guy’s combine performance is something for posterity and how he’s even competing against guys from years past. Give me a guy like Odunze or Josh Allen over the MHJs and Caleb Williamses of the world…
  19. The problem with that strategy is that seemingly every year, there is major run on WRs early in the second round. The year we drafted Cook was an example. I think Beane really wanted one of the WRs, but they were all gone by the time our number came up and Beane kept trading back...I suspect guys like Leggette, Franklin, Worthy, McConkey and Coleman will get snapped up by midway through round 2, if they don't go in the first.
  20. I'm really happy that they've put all their eggs in the Aaron Rodgers basket again...I'm very confident that it's going to blow up in their face--again. I will say though, that the Jets' defense is a problem for the Bills and no matter how bad their offense is, they won't be an easy out for us.
  21. Oh, I don't dispute he'll be drafted high, I just don't think he's going to be a dominant NFL WR.
  22. OK. When was he timed in the 40 and what was his time? I think MHJ will have a nice NFL career, but we're not talking about Megatron, or Randy Moss or Julio Jones here, which is how he's being hyped. I'd put Caleb Williams in the same over-hyped bucket too, but that's a whole 'nother discussion.
