  1. I’m not surprised at this. I remember vaguely him saying a surprising comment towards Byron Brown. https://buffalonews.com/sports/sabres/try-as-he-might-pegula-just-doesn-t-get-it/article_2455b559-cba6-57f5-931a-e6a1ad32be91.html
  2. Unfortunately, we’re be seeing one tonight shortly.
  3. Of course, the reason he wasn’t in on plays is because opposing players are so fearful of him, they run to where he’s not.
  4. Does one need insurance to ride on a jet ski? Maybe from the rental place if the other guy was renting it? Otherwise, unless the other guy is a wealthy as him, I don’t see Hines getting much of anything from this guy. But, sure, anyone can sue anyone for any reason they please.
  5. Kelce sounds very whiny. If he wants him back so bad, then he can restructure his contract to send some millions his way.
  6. No, the original snookering happened when we drafted him in the 2nd round.
  7. I don’t feel that bad. That Patrick dude on the Broncos missed last season with an ACL and has now tore his Achilles. He’ll be out 2 years in a row.
  8. They do, until they don’t. And those failures have defined each season. After that KC loss or the Bangles loss, any success that came beforehand no longer mattered.
  9. Statistically, the Bills offense does not need to improve. There are 2 things holding the team back. The inability of the defense to close out a game (see Vikings game) and offense taking games off (Bangles). These are the types of things that don’t show up in offensive season averages.
  10. May be a good history piece on how Tanking doesn’t work in the NFL.
  11. Me too. Should we be worried? Maybe a thread on this?
  12. His contract makes him untradeable. Would cause $13.2M in dead space this year and $31M in dead space next year. https://buffalowdown.com/posts/buffalo-bills-stefon-diggs-contract-trade-impossible-01h2tttfsnbf
  13. Comeback player of the year implies past success being interrupted, but then the player becoming successful again. This doesn’t apply to Jones. He has never been successful. He could be most improved though.
  14. This guy should be cut just based on pure stupidity. What planet does this guy thinks he lives on where he can bring guns on to a plane?
  15. I don’t think it was nerves. It’s just that she has more important things to do than sit around rehearsing old football quotes. I don’t even think she’s as big as a fan as she claims to be, but does understand the meaning of the Bills to WNY. She showed up for the FaceTime (groundbreaking is just a performance) like she’s scheduled to do, then probably went on to deal with more important things.
  16. I don’t think it’s the compensation that held this trade up. It’s his contract. It’s just not tradable. He needs to be released so a reasonable contract can be negotiated.
  17. Have no clue who this guy is either, but well acquainted with @muffclam.
  18. I’m not going to play the “he should’ve drafted xxxx instead of yyyy”. Those are all hindsight’s 20/20 arguments and can be applied to any other GM, including the one who could’ve picked the guy a round earlier. Pivoting away from this “argument”, I would say him trading Wyatt Teller. We sure could’ve used him last year.
  19. This is just an all-around horrible situation. He should countersue his accuser for lost wages, but I doubt this girl has enough. Funny (not) how her lawyer has immunity in all this. I don’t know anything about law though.
