  1. dude, he's got a doctorate in heat. that demands respect.
  2. that ain't no stoner -- that's dr. heat!
  3. i have the feeling that buddy will be tucked in and sound asleep when free agency commences.
  4. only if roscoe pinky-swears not to tell the other teams.
  5. no. the bills would probably use it to draft another running back.
  6. initially i had the same reaction and chalked it up to belichick's surly nature. on second thought though, i don't think many coaches would publicly break down game film after a loss. i doubt they'd want to critique their players in that manner. usually that sort of stuff is done behind closed doors.
  7. that's the one and only lyndsay petruny, and you'd be hard pressed to find a more capable, versatile or enchanting segment introducer. she's the complete package. her milkshake brings all the pats to the yard.
  8. if you're complaining about those production values than you've obviously never had the pleasure of watching the thurman thomas show. it sounds/looks like it was taped in 1994. i get better production value from my i-phone.
  9. fred had something to do with it. if he doesn't get injured, spiller doesn't play.
  10. the belichick pressers i've seen are painful, awkward and utterly devoid of insight. his video breakdowns, on the other hand, reveal a whole new side of the genius. plus, they're about a million times more interesting than most of the other football commentary out there. this dude is totally set off by the game, his excitement over its intricacies palpable. the belestrator: http://www.patriots.com/media-center/videos/belichick-breakdowns.html and the deadspin article that brought the belestrator to my attention: http://deadspin.com/5875624/what-we-can-learn-about-football-and-bill-belichick-from-the-belestrator (featuring a comment by MarkKelsosMigraine!)
  11. yes, and both teams wear jerseys and jock straps.
  12. can we get it back by un-signing them?
  13. the only similarity between the two organizations is that they both play in cold weather environments.
  14. all threads should end this way. about time jamon iberico got some love here. now, i'm gonna go hit some whippets. good day.
  15. i hear you, and i hope that he finds similar success with the bills. that said, my enthusiasm is tempered by the fact that he's been with the team for a year now without seeing any significant improvement on defense. given wanny's defensive credentials, i expected more. it's entirely possible that edwards was completely running the show and wanny's influence was severely limited (though i doubt it given his relationship with coach chan). i guess we'll be able to determine if that was the case about this time next year.
  16. given indy's win/loss record over the past decade and their super bowl victory, i think it's more than fair to say that polian's built a winning team there. we should be so lucky as to have him (again).
  17. if your numbers are correct, the bills d got worse last year -- AFTER DRAFTING PREDOMINATELY DEFENSIVE PLAYERS!!!! the answer is clear: don't draft anymore defensive players. and get poz and whitner back in this piece.
  18. i don't understand this wanny worship. if he was so great as a defensive coordinator, why did he have to resort to taking an assistant head coach/linebackers coach position with the bills? and why does the bills defense still suck even though he's been on staff for a year?
  19. the real problem was their reluctance to wear jock straps.
  20. utterly vapid article based on nothing.
  21. wonder if he'll crush some cheeseburgers before the interview.
  22. all this and: stevie goes to the pats and smokes the bills twice a year for the foreseeable future.
  23. highlight #1: the ruddy-faced bills fan in front of me booting his girlfriend in the face while drunkenly wrestling some other mouth-breather in a dareus jersey. highlight #2: an old-ass bills fan pelting another clueless bills fan with popcorn as she rallied us to "get loud" when the bills had third and short situations. highlight #3: the bison chip dip at the tailgate.
  24. come on, baby, don't get upset or frustrated or tired. we're all on the same team here. try to add a few more emoticons next time so i can understand where you're coming from. point is, stevie didn't muff that kick. sorry.
  25. two different arguments, son. i'm more than willing to agree that he dropped the game winner. that doesn't mean it's his fault that the bills kicker couldn't properly hit a squib (or whatever that horrible, horrible kick was intended to be).
