  1. Is that forum broken? Or just lightly attended?
  2. Hoping? No. Fool me 4 times, shame on you, fool me 5, shame on me My question for the pollyanas here, what has changed since the Pats game to make you think the Bills should be a favorite in any game? There's more injuries, and a stubborn refusal by the coaching staff to change anything. The prevailing philosophy is to double down on COMPLIMENTARY FOOTBALL whatever the f that means. Even the most positive among us here are saying, well you know any given sunday, which is true but nothing I'd bet on
  3. My guess? People will be pouring out of the stadium, tomorrow is a work day and it's not like down 10 points there's any chance that this team can come back. What's the point, so you can brag to people you stayed the whole time to see the Bills lose by 7? btw, 7 point spread tonight, that feels awfully big!
  4. They're for real, playing with enthusiasm, as a team. If the Bills continue their possum routine, i'll be cheering for Houston the rest of the year because the effort is there and they have some exciting young players
  5. The one thing I'd love to see is if things aren't working on offense, Dorkey changes things up OR Allen just starts calling his own plays. At this point I don't see Dorsey as a professional level OC so I'd rather see what Josh can do for the rest of the season. Who knows, it might be good!
  6. I have zero faith that the Bills can come back from any deficit larger than 3 points. If the Bills can build up a quick, significant league lead, then go to sleep for most of the rest of the game like this team does, then at least we'll have a chance to withstand the inevitable comeback by Denver. If, however, the game is close going into the 2nd quarter, or God forbid, Denver has the lead at the half, it's lights out. A loss here and the wheels are off, and I'd just as soon see them lose out so we can rid ourselves of some overpriced underperforming vets, and maybe some coaches as well.
  7. Agreed. Let's see if Dorsey and McD can get outside themselves and realize this is supposed to be entertainment, not a funeral dirge
  8. Agree strongly with all of this. The malpractice here is that this team could be and nearly was great but we have a complete narcissist as HC who wants to turn what could be THe Greatest Show on Turf into what? A team that grinds out first downs 3 yards at a time? wtf is that? And Beane on top of that who continues to extremely over-leverage on Defense with nothing to show for it except a geriatric injury riddled middling unit
  9. "Except not actually heroic. Come to think of it 3 and out would really be more sporting of you, don't you think?"
  10. Let's do this again The Gang that Couldn't Run Strait The 3 and out Krew Allen, Diggs, and the 9 JAG gang Spencer Brown and his 250 million dollar victim
  11. Miami was our Super Bowl, like KC was last year A team of discipline and integrity
  12. They're not a cohesive team any more. Some of them probably get along, but there's nobody in charge. It's like when GgReGggGgG tried the tough guy act and lost the locker room right away
  13. The analogy i've used is you've got a really amazing Italian restaurant that has a remarkable menu that everybody loves even if now and then someone gets served a less than perfect or cold dish. Along comes a new owner that wants to make a more consistent experience, even if it costs the overall appeal and uniqueness of the place, but he's so in love with his own ideas, because he considers himself a genius, that he proceeds to ruin the restaurant and nobody goes there.
  14. Yes, incomplete passes, yardage losing runs on the goal line, and bad punts all count as unique dimensions in this extremely 12 dimensional chess that our very smart super duper OC and Coach are playing
  15. Well put dpberr. McD is not the man for the moment. Why they're letting Allen sit there in his own head drive after drive, game after game is literal malpractice
  16. Daboll seemed addicted to gimmicky plays where as Dorkey went and found a pop warner mighty mite playbook and dumbed it down I expect i complained about Daboll but boy howdy i'd take him back now and dorkey can go back to scraping gum off the restroom floor or whatever he was doing before becoming OC
  17. imagine wearing a hat with the NFL logo in front like that It's a perfect hat for a clown to wear to the circus you goddamned sob
  18. they're not having fun playing, we're not having fun watching, they're barely above .500 BUT THE PROCESS so, you may not like how it looks, but this is peak PROCESS, so pour yourself a big cup of shut up and take it what are you talking about he's always open in space, nary a defensive lineman in front of him
  19. Sure, fair point. Do you think McD is doing anything behind the scenes? Besides 'steady as she goes'?
  20. ok, but you're promising me the bills will score 31
