  1. I would cut Croom and Logan Thomas and for the Phins game, I would elevate the two PS TEs, Towbridge and Carter. See what they can do.
  2. You're probably right, but maybe a kid that is 20 years old still didn't make the step of believing he can burry a 200 pounds RB into the ground with a tackle or that he can properly diagnose a play and beat the OL to it. Maybe he needs an NFL off-season to keep growing. Physically and mentally
  3. Sammy had the talent to be the #1 WR, he lacked maturity and consistency at the position. One day he was spectacular, other days, it felt like he wasn't even on the field. Moulds was a beast, fast and physical, it's shame he didn't have a consistent QB throwing him the ball throughout his career. He would have been borderline HOF material.
  4. I would run comeback routes with Foster everytime I need a first down. DBs will always respect his speed and with Allen's arm strenght, it's a play that it can't be defended, plus you can set a long pass later in the game. Crossman shoud be gone, it's not like he has too many star players that can't or refuse to play ST. Regarding OL, I don't know if it is technique or lack of talent, but sometimes it's emabarrasing to watch them ole the opposition. Dawkins had a very subpar game today. We need to address this unit in the offseason. I know he's a rookie and he's progressing but Allen needs to take care of the football, you can't throw the ball across your body on 1st and 20,. throw the ball away kid.
  5. Today Allen had some really nice plays and really bad ones. I liked that since he came back the OC can put Allen in the shotgun and he can read defense and pick an important 1st down. That interception on 1st and forever was really a bad decision, but overall I think he's progressing. He needs to take better care of the football, no doubt.
  6. I would have no problem giving him the walking papers. It's either bad contaiment or a flag when we're on defense and when we have the ball we can't block for *****.
  7. I think he's a good coach. He still needs to get better at a few things but his players believe in him.
  8. we should have been more agressive on offense, more frontal, we tried to finesse our way to the endzone and we paid it dearly. Allen needs to take better care of the football and the WR need to catch easy passes.
  9. I can't tell who has the bigger mouth, Jimmy Spagnola or Jamal Adams?
  10. "Captain" Cam Phillips, maybe. he's on the PS. I'm glad Benjamin is gone, such a lazy human being and a waste of a roster spot.
  11. I agree with the overall list, but I would keep Shady one more year, afterall, if we improve the OL, his game will as well, even though he should share the carries with Murphy or another late RB we bring.
  12. McDermott is a conservative coach, but to his defense, he has never had a QB that could convince him to be a little more daring in certain moments of the game. The gameplan going in was similar to the one we saw against the Jags, establish the run, use PA with Allen, if the play was there take it, if not, gain yards with your feet. After the Drake TD and being down 14-9 on the road, the book on McDermott says "close game, go to the lockeroom, regroup and adjust", moreso knowing we would get the ball back in the second half. But something happend during this game, Allen progressed a little more in his confidence as a passer, and after the Phins TO, where we were forced to make a 1st down, Allen, with two passes put the team in position to add points to the board, this must have been a shocker for the coaching staff and McDermott. The good news is that after the bad clock management to finish halftime, Daboll and McDermott opened up the offense a little more for the second half, we saw Allen in the shotgun throwing some really nice passes, quick hits to McKenzie and to KB on a quick out. Let's hope McDermott takes this experience to grow as a HC.
  13. They kept Phillips in the game after the stupid penalty, when he made another stop and started clapping and watching directly to the Phins sidelines, he needed to be benched. He was risking another stupid penalty.
  14. WTH was that?
  15. that 3rd down was huge...
  16. great int
  17. Still frame from Edmunds' mic'd up video. Just amazing.
  18. Balls Allen Foster Daboll Kyle Williams Milano White Goats Too many penalties
  19. Saw that too, I hope Ramsey shuts up and let his play define him as a player, the guy is very talented.
  20. one game at the time. Progression is the name of the game for Allen right now. I hope he keeps getting better and the team can surround him with more talent next year.
  21. I think we all saw what we needed to see from Allen today. Some progression, baby steps. When he saw green in front of him he took it. The TD pass to Foster under duress was fantastic. He converted some 3rd downs with his arm (even those negated by penalty) Ideally, you're right, I would also like to see more completed passes but as of now I'm encouraged by his progression. I think the playcalling helped him today, that was nice to see.
  22. Lets jet sweep the bastage to death.....
  23. This, I know we have Zay Jones as the chain mover, but Cam Phillips could also help in that regard. I would like to see more of him these last 6 games.
