I think we all saw what we needed to see from Allen today. Some progression, baby steps. When he saw green in front of him he took it. The TD pass to Foster under duress was fantastic. He converted some 3rd downs with his arm (even those negated by penalty) Ideally, you're right, I would also like to see more completed passes but as of now I'm encouraged by his progression. I think the playcalling helped him today, that was nice to see.

This, I know we have Zay Jones as the chain mover, but Cam Phillips could also help in that regard. I would like to see more of him these last 6 games.

How about the Jets with three holding penalties in the same play. That has to be a historic record or something. I say cut Benjamin and call Phillips up. Lots of OL moving around today, Sirles and Groy saw some playing time.

as OC, he was terrible, maybe in his last chance to start in the league he can settle down and take the OG position or be the back-up next year, given that I don't see Miller being re-signed.

Allen is 2-3 as a starter, he can help the team win, as was shown on the early games, not with his QB prowess but with his playmaking ability. Hopefully he can show some improvements in the passing game. I think the next 6 games will be very important for him, Daboll and the direction of the offense. I don't want to enter next season with another OC, I want this unit to end the year with the arrow pointing up with the new QB.

Miller doesn't finish his blocks, he does well initially on a play, controls his assignment and then gets embarrased by a double move. For instance, on the play Teller gets praised by the commentators, he walls his man off and then he drives him to the ground. On a similar play, Miller does this to the DL initially, a hole is created, but it quickly disappears on a DL double move. Miller ends up on the ground. Miller needs to keep his feet moving in the running game and play with more nastiness. Good thing about the OL, is that I saw every guy playing some, Groy endeed the game at OG (for Miller) Sirles was on the field that I could see, but he surrender the only sack on Barkley.

Lotulelei is a steady veteran, that as you said, knows what his role in team is and he plays it consistently well. Sans a couple of plays the run defense has been a big factor when can shut down other offenses. The Jets are a good running team, thanks to early points and a stifling defense on early downs, they couldn't do what they do best. Regarding Lawson, I like his energy, he's a good starter, good to great against the run, but the guy cannot beat RTs off the edge, he can bull rush and get to the QBs with stunts but he's not a pure pass rusher. I hope he can still develop this aspect of the game.
