  1. He alsod had a clutch catch on 4th down to keep the game alive. Hopefully he can explode as a receiver so he can legitmize his starting position. His TD catch against the Chiefs was great, btw.
  2. where is Deep voice when you need it......
  3. With someone that can play disciplined football? With someone that can learn from mistakes? It seems McKelving is regressing.
  4. That was a disgusting non call. The guy rode back two OL on that play.
  5. He's a good run blocker but he's always good for 2 penalties a game. He struggles migthily one-on-one in pass protection. He is a good player to have for depth but he shouldn't be your starter because he's unreliable.
  6. Shawne Merriman Kyle Williams Marcell Dareus Andy Levitre Stevie Johnson Eric Wood Fred Jackson Thoser are mine, in order.
  7. People forget that Pears started 10 games at LT for the Broncos, he could be in the mix for that spot if needed. My guess is that Levitre moves during the game if Bell goes down, if the injury is for a couple of games or worse, Pears moves to LT, Hairston starts at RT and the interior stays intact.
  8. Craig Heimburger Corey Hulsey
  9. Marcus Spriggs Bill Conaty Corey Louchiey
  10. I watched KC third pre-season game and it was kind of ugly for them. They got dominated on both sides of the football, their trenches looked bad. B word Haley is calling the plays now, lots of short passes and screens. Palko played a series with the ones and I thought he looked better than Cassell, who is and always will be just a game manager.
  11. I re-watched the game and with all due respect to papazoid, this thread is hot garbage. Carry on.
  12. Any team can pick him up but they have to sign him to the regular roster.
  13. What's amazing is that all the tall WRs from that draft are unemployed. Limas Sweed, Malcolm Kelly and James Hardy, all cut. Dick wanted a big target for the endzone that year, if it wasn't Hardy he's going after another sure failure.
  14. Hey, I'm curious, how or from where did you picked that username?
  15. Thigpen was really bad. I know the OL sucked but I'm focusing on the passes that he had time to do something. The majority of his passes where short of his targets, he either lacks the arm strenght or he was aiming low. I understand he is not familiar with some of the players, but Levi hooked up with some guys he got to know a week ago. I would keep Levi over Thigpen, moreso knowing that Fitz is a very durable guy. Keep the more promising prospect. The OL looked more cohesive with Brown than with Thigpen.
  16. Tell the thruth, #34 is Sammy Morris right? Or former Phin Ricky Williams?
  17. I like Spencer Havner, but I don't know how healthy he is.
  18. My post are nothing special, but they are "(I)MHO" I always liked: "What type of car do you drive" Skooby style.
  19. With rookies, you hope that they belong in the field first. Hairston looked comfortable at both positions, he was not forcing the issue. Watch the kid and then look at the other side, look how Cordaro Howard is trying so hard to contain his man, his lack of natural talent shows how hard it is for him. I believe Howard should be moved inside and be the swing guard in case of an injury disaster.
  20. That's my reason as well, on merit alone Heard should make the roster instead of him, but he was their 7 round project and they will continue to teach him. I don't know the extend of Heard's injury but missing the Jags game didn't help his chances.
  21. QB: Ryan Fitzpatrick, Tyler Thigpen, Brad Smith (3) RB: Fred Jackson, CJ Spiller, J. White (3) FB: Corey McIntyre (1) WR: Steve Johnson, Roscoe Parrish, David Nelson, Donald Jones, Marcus Easley, Naaman Roosevelt (6) TE: Scott Chandler, Mike Caussin (2) OT: Demetrius Bell, Erik Pears, Chris Hairston (3) OC: Eric Wood, George Hangartner (2) OG: Andy Levitre, Kraig Urbik, Chad Rinehart, Cordaro Howard (4) DE: Marcell Dareus, Dwan Edwards, Alex Carrington, Spencer Johnson (4) NT: Kyle Williams, Torrel Troup, Michael Jasper (3) OLB: Shawne Merriman, Chris Kelsay, Danny Batten, Antonio Coleman, Arthur Moats (5) ILB: Andra Davis, Nick Barnett, Kelvin Sheppard, Kirk Morrison, Chris White (5) CB: Drayton Florence, Terrence McGee, Leodis McKelvin, Aaron Williams, Reggie Corner(5) S: George Wilson, Jairus Byrd, Da'Norris Searcy, Brian Scott (4) ST: Brian Moorman, Ryan Lindell, Garrison Sanborn (3)
  22. Wood is very inconsistent. He has everything (tools) to be great but sometimes he doesn't play as dominant as he should. I hope I don't get in trouble by pointing this out being Wood one of the untouchables (player that can't be critized no matter what)
  23. No matter how familiar Gailey is with Thigpen, I wouldn't consider releasing him a monumental mistake, he's really struggling and as of now, Brown represents the guy with the better chance to develop into a solid back-up.
