  1. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ajqhxv21vfzJdHdJcTJCSW5oeklXamhEakF3Vk1FVnc#gid=0 Don't thank me, thank Astrobot for his great work.
  2. "Let me tell about this guy right here, this guys blitzes like no one is blitzing in the NFL right now" "He's amazing" and so on and so on and so on. Boring.
  3. Two words: Vic Fangio
  4. No Bills football for 8 months after this one? I'll be watching.
  5. I thought we could win 8 games and I think we should have won at least that amount. I don't like Edwards and Chan could use a pair of objective eyes when it comes to gameplanning and evaluating how the offense is (not) working. I put the losing streak more on the players' shoulders though, they played uninspired football, getting beat in 1 on 1 situations and not executing the play called. I believe the leadership will come from the guys we drafted last year, Dareus, Williams and Sheppard will be the guys to build upon. Chan should not put all the responsability in Fitz's shoulders, he needs to feature his amazing RB combo and ask only so much from the QB, we should emulate the Niners and not the Patriots. Give the reigns to Edwards or hire a guy that knows the 3-4.
  6. Another underappreciated unit. Sans a few shotgun snaps, it was great to see Brown taking live game reps and not miss a beat. You would have to watch film to realy evaluate the player but the fact that the line didn't struggled when two guys went out isn't something to just ignore and say the OL sucks just because. If we could add a premier LT and move Hairston to give Pears a run for his money at RT this line could be fantastic. I would like to see a more frontal running attack for when we face overpowering defenses like the Jets and Phins.
  7. A RB won't happen so save the preemtive criticsm. Now, a WR could be a real possibility even if we are able to re-sign Steve Johnson.
  8. Yes, Moats is seeing more playing time lately, it seems all he does is bullrush the opposition, last year he made life difficult to some of the OTs he faced, kind of dissapointing. I know Batten wasn't all world when he started, but how is he going to get better without continuity? My idea was that between Batten and Moats could unseat the ever struggling Sp. Johnson as a linebacker. Every offensive coach will try to take advantage of that huge mismatch.
  9. I would really like to understand how Batten was good enough to play early in the year and now he can't even play a single snap on defense. I don't see how him and Moats couldn't suplant the ineffectivness that is Sp. Johnson as an OLB (he should be battling against OGs and not OTs). The times we get beat on outside runs are from misdirection and not because we can't seal the edge. Regarding the draft, if we get Hightower and Crick in the first two rounds it would be simply amazing. Thanehill will go a lot earlier than the 3rd round if Jones and RGIII don't come out.
  10. Are you talking about the Watt's perfect form tackle/sack that got flagged? If he's fined after that there's something awfully wrong with the NFL.
  11. Someone will say there's zero effort in that entry.
  12. That responsability goes to the players. They were the ones wanting to be good, respected. At the first sign of trouble the leaders dissapeared. A rookie had to lead a pep talk before the second Jets game. Chan needs to find his leader on the field, he needs to find that QB that will produce what he wants to accomplish on the field. If a gameplan doesn't work and Gailey is making bad calls the QB needs to be able to communicate what might work or not. Fitz is playing like a robot right now and the team is lost without a leader.
  13. Your thread consists of a thread title and a rotund "I say yes". There is nothing that indicates your post has any value. There is no thought process involved in it, hence the moronic statement by me. Your post indicates that drafting Gronkowski for the Bills would have had the same effect he had in the 2011 New England football season. Different teams, different QBs, different offensive philosophies, if that doesn't reek of lazy thought process I don't know what does. You're getting cute right now. This is the first draft ever by this FO, they can't afford to draft a potential injury prone player, if you don't want to realize this fact, that is your problem. They drafted a playmaker (in their eyes) with the first round pick and they went after the NT position and DE position for the new defensive system to be installed. I agree the guy is talented but taking him was risk. I don't consider taking Troup a mistake, so your assertion is already wrong in my opinion.
  14. I'm mad at the coaches, I'm dissapointed at the players and I'm indifferent to ownership. My fandom is intact and if I ever felt different you won't see me posting here anymore.
  15. Too true, it's almost imposible to think we surrendered 4 TD passes to him. The guy is very limited, I was watching the Jets today and down by 20+ points they kept feeding the ball to the RBs refusing to put the responsability on Sanchez's shoulders. Lo and behold, play action, quick slant to Holmes and the CB jumps the route, tha ball gets intercepted. The good news is that Rex said his carreer is tied to Sanchez carreer, we will see how that unfolds.
  16. What debate? Read the thread title and tell me that is the best you can come up with for a healthy debate. Gronkowski was not a slam dunk on draft day as you want us to believe. Drafting him in the 2nd round would have been deemed as a risk move, moreso for the first draft ever of a new regime. The Patriots have 30 picks every single draft and they took the risk with him, like the risk they took drafting Cannon and Mallett. Troup was a hard worker and one man wrecking crew at UFC. He was a self motivated player without injury concerns. Wheter you like the guy or not, on paper he was a solid draft pick. Worst Bills 2nd rounder ever? Please, how moronic is that......
  17. Why bring objectivity to the conversation SJBF? You will fry some brains with it.
  18. I think they like Bell and they will try to secure his services. If what you say is true why even play the guy when they have, in your opinion, the next year starting LT in Hairston? I'm very dissapointed with how this year has developed but I won't credit past mistakes or MOs to this front office.
  19. The league should send the video of him tackling Davone Bess to James Harrison, that was textbook tackle and as hard as a hit can be. Williams had a great game and was burned only by great throws. Nice forced fumble too.
  20. I think next year line will feature Bell at LT and Hairston at RT. If Wood is back I like the prospect of the line. Obviously if there isn't a QB worth taking and there is a can't miss LT prospect take him.
  21. That's bad, I really hate them.
  22. There is no justice in the world. Are the Bengals in better shape than them regarding the playoff race?
  23. I disagree with you on Bell. I only noticed the LT position when Hairston was in and it was because he was getting beat. Pears on the other hand struggled all game long.
