Agree Trent should stay. He has a backup arm, a backup level of self confidence and a backup contract. Cutler has a starter's arm, starter's self confidence and gets a starter's paycheck.

Jauron is the ball and chain. I don't think good health or improved talent or QB play will be enough to overcome him and the tough schedule. He makes it too easy for the other team to win with his predictable and soft approach IMO.

Agree with you. T.O. does seem to be mellowing in his old age. His behavior in Dallas seemed improved over that in Philly and SF. Another positive step in that direction by him should mean minimal fireworks. He's a difference maker on the field, something the Bills need. It's a 1 year deal which means he's a band-aid. Jauron I'm sure is not thinking past this season nor can he IMO. Now that the deal is done, Rosenhaus will be out of the picture unless something blows up.

Being able to recognize that a certain player is a top performer is a completely different skill from preparing a team to win a game with a game plan that makes it difficult for the opposition.

And hire a new head coach and OC.
