  1. Agree Trent should stay. He has a backup arm, a backup level of self confidence and a backup contract. Cutler has a starter's arm, starter's self confidence and gets a starter's paycheck.
  2. The Patriots approach each season looking to do whatever it takes to win a championship.
  3. All QBs will regress under Jauron. Edwards is well on his way.
  4. Watch Cutler play a few games and get back to us. He's better than Edwards, stronger physically and plays with the kind of emotion that rubs off on teamates.
  5. From a talent standpoint I would agree that would get the Bills close. From a coaching stanpoint, the Bills are nowhere near the contender level IMO.
  6. I'm not looking at only the current situation. I'm looking at his play and attitude since he's been in the NFL. Yes, I'd love to see him in a Bills uniform.
  7. Absolutely. Give me a tough and sometimes cantankerous guy at QB instead of the powder puff we have now. This whole team needs a dose of attitude rather than taking on this coach's personality.
  8. No no. They'll be converted to DBs. Jauron loves DBs. Can't have too many and WRs are a waste of roster space in his offense.
  9. No mention of Jauron as the head coach. The writer obviously does not know who he is or what impact he has on his team.
  10. You will by September.
  11. Yeah and she had the Federal minimum wage rules written to exclude American Somoa. The largest employer there is a Tuna company of which her husband Paul is one of the largest shareholders.
  12. You're right. I can't stand being out with a bunch of college girls.
  13. No. A riskier more aggressive scheme would give Jauron heart failure. On the other hand, maybe it's a good idea.
  14. Kind of like the Cleveland game where guys were running open down the field frequently and Trent kept throwing it to Marshawn at the LOS and after the game told reporters that he was confused by the Cleveland defense and that they had not prepared for the coverage?
  15. You get less than ideal results. 7-9.
  16. Signing T.O. is less risky than keeping DJ as heach coach IMO. One guy has proved that he can produce. The other guy has proved he can't.
  17. Jauron still 7-9 regardless of who is on the roster. How's that?
  18. Jauron is the ball and chain. I don't think good health or improved talent or QB play will be enough to overcome him and the tough schedule. He makes it too easy for the other team to win with his predictable and soft approach IMO.
  19. Agree with you. T.O. does seem to be mellowing in his old age. His behavior in Dallas seemed improved over that in Philly and SF. Another positive step in that direction by him should mean minimal fireworks. He's a difference maker on the field, something the Bills need. It's a 1 year deal which means he's a band-aid. Jauron I'm sure is not thinking past this season nor can he IMO. Now that the deal is done, Rosenhaus will be out of the picture unless something blows up.
  20. Being able to recognize that a certain player is a top performer is a completely different skill from preparing a team to win a game with a game plan that makes it difficult for the opposition.
  21. And hire a new head coach and OC.
  22. For every non-expert opinion there is an equal and opposite non-expert opinion. Same goes for experts quite often as well.
  23. I'd rather see Garcia as the starter.
