  1. It's OK. Get some good players on the roster for the next coach. Can't be more than a year away.
  2. The Bills are in a bad place in terms of recruiting FA's. They don't offer a winning opportunity, they don't offer a great coaching staff, great players and it's not a glamorous place to play. Money would be the biggest reason to come to Buffalo, and the Bills are likely not be the high bidder for Coles or others. Add to that NY's nearly 7% state income tax rate which puts further pressure on what you have to pay a guy. Very little is tilting in the Bill's favor right now. This is where Ralph is really missing the boat IMO. He's got to realize that Buffalo is at a disadvantage in more ways than just money. If you can't afford the top players, then you have to at least try to build the best front office and coaching staff that you can. That is where you spend some money. You get a return on that investment by picking the right players and developing them to be the best they can be and having a coach that knows how to win.
  3. Maybe on the Bills roster he is. Certainly the best thing for Roscoe would be to go somewhere else.
  4. Maybe but we'd have to compete with several police departments that want to use him as a tacking dummy for training drug sniffing dogs.
  5. I agree. Jauron needs more time too. 9 years is not enough time to develop a winning formula in the NFL as a head coach.
  6. Jauron and co. will probably draft a couple. Relax.
  7. Put Roscoe on the field in a Patriot uniform and he'd be a weapon for them.
  8. I don't know. The only part that is questionable is Dick getting fired after week 3. I think he'll make it longer than that unfortunately.
  9. Interesting. Reading this just shows me even more how NE is kicking ass.
  10. Singletary alone puts the 9er's closer. I'll bet he'd like to coach against Dickie boy a couple of times a year.
  11. Only because we're Bills fans do we see Buffalo as a "much better" place to play compared to Cincinnati. An objective case would be tougher to make.
  12. None of his games this year helped his cause, but early FA activity is usually concentrated around the bigger name players. I think JP will sign somewhere probably near or after draft day.
  13. Maybe so, but he works for an organization that competes in every area to win. Not condoning some of his past behavior, but you have to admire how determined the Pats are to get to the top and stay there.
  14. What makes you think that? The coaches? The QB? The team as a whole?
  15. A long way to go in free agency and the draft. Hard to to criticize the front office yet, unless you want to criticize them for keeping Jauron. That to me says more than anything about this team's will to win.
  16. Whenever I read your posts I clench my teeth as if there was a pipe and read slowly only moving my lips. Only the smell of a good pipe is missing.
  17. He's available.
  18. Come on people, 4 pages and no reference to coach Mora? Queue it up.... Playoffs?
  19. #6-10 Coaching staff
  20. Cutler's attitude is exactly why I'd prefer him. He plays with passion and expresses a determination to win. Trent play's like Jauron's his daddy.
  21. That would hardly be me. You have no idea.
  22. Exactly, and a guy who likes to throw the short safe throws. A very prudent move by the Bills. Just remember that "prude" is the root word in prudent. I'm sure Jauron had him near the top of his list.
  23. When do you ever hear Jauron talk about wanting a dominant player at any position? "Efficient" is the type of word he likes to use for his players. Jauron will always be average because his entire mindset is that of reaching for mediocrity. The Bills need difference makers at a lot of positions, mostly at head coach.
  24. The appeases Jason and Ralph.
  25. She could own an entire BMW dealership with that money.
