  1. It's true Ralph wanted the team to be in Miami. However, he didn't change his mind, he was denied there and settled on Buffalo later. "After an initial bid to create a team in Miami was denied, Wilson told Hunt, "Count me in with Buffalo."
  2. Thanks! I was just trying to remember that sign off. I knew it had something to do with children. Great memories from my youth, RIP Rick!
  3. Will you be coming through spaghetti junction (my neighborhood)? If so, pick me up. But I'm only paying for gas on the way back - to make sure you don't leave me there.
  4. Hey, paisano - Pinto Ken, Pinto Ron... what's the difference? 😆 But we are glad Ken, aka Pinto Ron, is on the mend! 👍
  5. Earl must be related to Errol Flynn, they bear a very strong resemblance.
  6. A retired Bills DT that you used to have as a profile pic. 😁😜
  7. His father, Fran Sirianni, was my 8th grade science teacher at Southwestern Middle School. He had just started teaching that Fall after being cut from an NFL team after a training camp try out, as a DB iirc.
  8. Did you know he lets his beard grow all season long?
  9. Here is that good article on Epenesa which also mentions the team's requested weight loss. https://www.syracuse.com/buffalo-bills/2021/01/bills-aj-epenesa-has-earned-prominent-role-in-unusual-rookie-season.html
  10. They don't want Epenesa much bigger. In fact, Frazier said they earlier had asked him to drop from 280 down to 260, which he since has. Leslie said he's much improved since then, playing faster and with increased quickness, which I have noticed. Epenesa implied he'd like to add some muscle weight as he said he is about 255 now.
  11. I would have said the Jets when it looked like Trevor Lawrence was headed there. Dabol knows this team too well, so I don't want him in the division. But now I think he will be going to Jacksonville, with Lawrence, and I will be glad to have them both (in the NFC - whoops, mixed up with NFC Panthers) out off the division! Of course I won't be crying any tears for Doug Marrone either, in that situation.
  12. What was the issue in Tennessee you are referring to? I've not seen/heard anything about that.
  13. Well they could be calling it the dreaded "Frisco" 🤣
  14. I doubt it's rib protection, on for practice and with a red no contact jersey? In any event he looks clean shaven, so it's likely not a recent picture. Doesn't he still have that mustache?
  15. Wow, seeing Van brings back old memories. Thanks!
  16. When the running backs are consistently getting hit in the backfield, it is clearly not a running back issue. I don't know who the running game coordinator is, but that area definitely needs attention.
  17. ...and was a good holder, strings always forward (cough, cough Corey).
  18. Well it could be good if over the bye McDermott and Frazier can figure out how to improve the run defense. Ranking 28th in Rush yds/gm and 29th in Rush yds/play has been a weakness needing attention and improvement.
  19. Todd Haley's response: Coaching is coaching. MC had his best year of his illustrious career with me! Not always fun but key is to get the best out of “the” player. #woody #toystory https://t.co/zpvFRzJxjm — Todd Haley (@thetoddhaley) November 10, 2020 He takes a stab at Cassell because he thinks Matt looks like Woody from Toy Story. 🤣
  20. Yes, I thought they had Klein playing "more" of the Lorenzo Alexander role -- which is what I thought he was brought in for. He is not a skill fit for Milano's role in this defense.
  21. When he was head coach; he was his own OC.
  22. I don’t understand your hang up on testing. Testing only tells you if you have it, exposure increases your chances of getting it. If he is staying home he has much less exposure, and thus likely safer. Star is a good player, but not the panacea for this defense. I’d go with Klein, a complete disappointment who was supposed to know this defense and would plug right in to Zo’s role.
  23. lol.... Gotta love your attitude #81..... and so well articulated!
  24. And state tax free in TN if you’re on that side of the Smokies. NC taxes can be a pain from my experience, though. They can hassle you even though you claim FL residence.
