He was not my guy, but I'm happy with his development so far. The biggest thing he showed me as a rookie was his competitive fire. He was going to drag that sorry azz offense down the field somehow, someway and didn't care how he did it. He's still got many mechanical issues, but the willpower to be a franchise QB is there and I'm looking forward to year two...

SLB has less responsibility and fewer reads. Reading and reacting are Edmonds' biggest weakness. Seems like a better development plan would have been not to throw so much at a 20-year old playing a new position at the NFL level. That they did is just another example of this HCs hubris...
