  1. Agreed, As much as I want to burn them at the stake he HAS to learn to get down or won't be long for this league... On the bright side we turned it over 5 time once for a ST TD and still only lost by 6, it sucks but we are trending in the right direction and the league took notice of our defense. This team also did not quit, which is excellent to see. Years past we all know how this would have finished up.
  2. Ohhh 57.... you poor soul. You can see all of the mans confidence drain from him.
  3. So just listened to radio here in Lauderdale. They had the Fins reporter on from the Herald and he believes it’s a 50/50 chance with them sending Stills and Minkah but no draft picks. Apparently Flores met with Clowney and sold him on his vision of the future. Mostly just conjecture IMO.
  4. Im not going to pretend like I understand Seattle's cap but believe they can pay more than 2 players sizable contracts.
  5. My gut tells me Houston is holding out for a first round pick or a franchise type player in return. LTs, DEs and QBs get paid the highest in the NFL and it will take a measure of a high value player with a high draft pick. The Bills just don’t have the equity and to be honest I’d rather ride with who they have now than mortgage a 1st round pick on Clowney. My money is on Seattle fwiw. They like these types of high priced vets and are devoid of a pass rush once Clark went to KC.
  6. I may be on the minority but I am not a fan of Dawkins, seems soft and inconsistent. Watching him in preseason has been a total let down considering the upgrades we made to the OL. Any deal that moves Dawkins on to another team I am fully in support of.
  7. Folks, don’t eat trash everyday, moderate yourself and exercise.. you don’t have to be a gym hero but move around. He ate terribly to say the least and it started at a young age. His mother admitted they never made home made meals and the family was enabling him as a youngster. From all accounts a good dude and very sad for his two youngsters.
  8. I know but considering we have 30 TEs I thought this was more appropriate.
  9. Very sad news. This young man seemed to captivate the team and embody the city even thought he wasn't a native WNYer. God bless him and his family during this extremely difficult time. And to the folks on this thread trashing other people for wanting to do something to be nice, bring awareness or financially support this man through his terrible ordeal you should absolutely be ashamed of yourself. Whining that you were here for the bad years when 90% of us have all been through the losses and continued losing. We can't help when we were born and became fans, but you being an older person should have enough class not to say anything at all. But yet here you are.
  10. I’ve seen his games. Nice player but tended to disappear in bigger games. Didn’t help that it seemed the QB and Head Coach has one foot out the door after a few crucial losses at the end. I give him credit for not mailing it in but people here calling him Theilen are waaaay off. Two differing players.
  11. Are you guys related somehow? You seem pretty excited about an un-polished UDFA. He’s talented but will be very surprised if he makes the roster. Not a good route runner, will get jammed by more physical corners and doesn’t have the top end. May be a nice red zone target.
  12. This is extremely sad. Although I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting this man I can’t help but root for him as not just a Bills fan but a human being. It breaks my heart to see those pics with his kids. I can’t imagine the pain they are all going through and wouldn’t wish that on anyone. We always posthumously say life is too short and I am going to stop sweating the small stuff and enjoy whatever time I have left, I know I have numerous times after a loved one or someone this young is so sick. This mans attitude towards his disease is truly inspirational. He’s literally fighting for his life and showing us incredible strength. I will pray for him and his family. God speed Poncho, rest easy now. Like a true Bills fan, never quit, never give up.
  13. Coming from a huge FSU fan here I am rooting for the kid and your assessment is half right. I don't agree on Bosa, I think hes going to be an absolute stud. Burns disappeared in big games against very good talent. It will take him a few years to gain that weight and learn to use it properly.
  14. If we sign Bell which is a long shot there is no way we keep McCoy.
  15. He translates as more of a Terrell Owens to me. Same frame but a bit bigger. He was productive at Ole Miss and didn't have the greatest QBs throwing to him. IDK if he's top ten for the simple fact that interior/exterior Linemen and QBs will fill the voids. BTW Owens was 3% body fat and stayed healthy, even played in the Super Bowl with a broken foot after he did it the two weeks prior.
  16. So that is a very rich corridor in Florida. Jordan, Tiger and a lot of big money live there....just food for thought.
  17. Nope, he got his chance via a fully paid scholarship and the ability to work in a field with his degree. Dudes who usually beat up on women have a pre-conceived notion that they can continue. The NFL is a privilege to be selected, not a right. He's absolutely talented enough. Let me ask this question: What actual punishment did he receive for beating this lady up?
  18. So him not beating up another woman over the last 3 years leads you to believe that he's rehabilitated. You're a trusting soul.
  19. We are fooling ourselves to think past and present players weren't doing these sorts of things prior to the advancement of the cameral phone. Not painting a broad brush but to my knowledge and it's sad to say Hill wasn't caught on camera. That's the reality we live in and to answer your question I wouldn't want Hill either. I get everyone has a past but your wired a certain way and call me crazy but I don't think getting money, power and fame will help the cause, but would love to be proven wrong.
  20. Just Win Baby. Please, can't root for that guy no matter what rehabilitation he does. Let him work for any other 31 teams, I am not saying he should be tarred and feathered just don't want him on the Bills sideline.
  21. Are you his agent? Fantastic fluff piece but if that was your relative he was pounding while on the ground I bet that tune changes. As Singletary said "Don't want him, can't win with him".
