I found 30 rock highly overrated, the only thing ever funny on it was Tracy Morgan.Arrested Development was good, it was originally on Fox before being canceled, and then years later relaunched on Netflix Parks and Rec is another one that I think is even more highly overrated then 30 Rock, its just not funny its not that its too trashy, or that most people here are elitists, its that the majority of the people here have a penis, and are over the age that if they wanted something to beat off to older woman, can easily obtain actual porn and no longer have to do it by watching tv shows and immagining or scrambled porn channels.

Does Kelsay get cut now?
apuszczalowski replied to Buffalo Barbarian's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Theres alot of things I don't understand around here, except I understand people here hate Kelsay with a passion because he isn't a starterPeople here hate role players because they feel that everyone should be a pro bowl caliber starter or not on the team -
Keurig K-Cups: Best and/or Cheapest?
apuszczalowski replied to Gugny's topic in Off the Wall Archives
My sister has the keurig, I think she found a place that sells them and makes some custom one too in Niagara. The Keurig really is just a single serve coffee maker that requires you to buy their specialty packaging for soffee My wife has the Tassimo, that is supposed to be different because it reads a barcode to tell it whats being brewed and how to do it. I tried it a few times and am not a fan because I find that it makes too small of a cup unless you want it watered down. Cost wise, both are going to cost you less then going to a Tim Hortons/Starbucks/Dunkin Donuts, etc, but its more expensive then just using a regular coffee maker to brew a cup -
So, T.O. also stood up for Tony Romo and his other QBs When I played neighborhood football, theres wasn't a 15 yard penalty for taunting or excessive TD celebrations, and no one on my team, let alone a coach had told me to stop them because it would cost my team. SJ is being paid to play football and score TDs, not to entertain us by coming up with stupid celebrations THAT THE NFL HAS SAID ARE NOT PERMITTED. He's not a bumbling fool for celebrating, he is a moron for trying to defy the NFL and do things that they have declared against the rules. If he wants to entertain us with his dumb celebrations, maybe he should get some public access cable time and put on his own show. But yes, lets continue to bash Whitner because he says things like hes guaranteeing his team will make the playoffs, or that his team will be in the superbowl again next year
-
In other words, SJ is good so he can do what he wants, Whitner is Ngata and was drafted to high so he should just shut up and not speak until he is better then Ngata and not considered a waste of a pick Whitner comments have not cause his team to be given a penalty. None of his tweets have hurt his team on the field. Johnsons TD celebrations are just ways for him to get attention and satisfy himself. He isn't doing it to try and lift peoples spirits, just getting the TD is enough to do that. Its all to feed his ego and to get more attention onto himself. Don't play it off like his TD celebrations were his way of lifting everyones spirits just a little more or it was for the good of others and not himself

Touch (on Fox) - update : canceled & 24 is back
apuszczalowski replied to Just Jack's topic in Off the Wall Archives
My wife thought the show was canceled and kind of gave up on watching it because neither of us knew it was on. Might end up watching ti tomorrow night if we remember cause theres not much else on Friday nights besides alot of back to back episodes of Diners, Drive-ins and Dives -
Stevie Johnson could copy Dontes posts and use them as his own, and fans would be praising him for saying it and talking about how great he is, yet they come out of Whitners twitter account and everyone slams him for saying anything all because he wasn't Ngata and wasn't drafted in teh right spot according to how they feel he should have. He wasn't the reason why SF lost that Superbowl. He wouldn't have been the reason they won't it either, and didn't help them out much, but the team as a whole played a bad game at the worst time. He wasn't on the field when they allowed the longest return kickoff return in SB history. He wasn't dropping catches that the WRs on the Ravens were making with ease, he wasn't part of an offence that struggled to get anything going for an entire first half until the lights went out. The only people I hear complaining about him, his play, and saying he won't be part of the team next year are bills fans who are stilling throwing their tantrums because he was taken over Ngata over 6 years ago.

Bills can carry over $9.8 million in unused cap space
apuszczalowski replied to papazoid's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I dont think its gone or forgotten, just not spoken much in the media. Alot of teams use it and its a smart idea. I would assume that the NFL would make it that they have to spend 90% of the salary cap, which is the $121 million because it would make it an equal amount for all teams in the league. But if teams are going to use the carry over amount, they would already be spending more then 90% of the $121 million anyways -
I have noticed alot of the goals he is giving up usually involve someone being allowed to stand alone in front of him waiting for a rebound or loose puck at the side fo the net. The play is off to one side, the shot comes in and either hits him, the post, or something else and comes over to the open man on the side who has a wide open net to put it in. When Vanek used to stand in front of the net he would take a beating trying to stay there, the Sabres defence doesn't seem to want to bother the other teams player standing tehre and I think I have seen Myers or Leopold offer tehm a cup of tea while they stand there...... I don't think I have seen even the best goalie succeed when teh defence in front plays like crap. You can't expect a goalie to stop everything, and giving a guy time in front of the net with the puck usually only ends with a goal being scored (unless that guy is kessel, then it ends with a post or a shot wide)

Is a Sports bar really a good idea for someone like Thurman to be a part of? He hasn't had a great past with alcohol.......

It says she was around 124-125, but was supposed to be 120-121 Yeah, those 4-5 extra pounds really turn hurt morbidly obese What a messed up country, all you ever here is about how young girls are having body issue problems and getting into eating disorders, then you wonder why they have these issues when they have to worry about a couple of pounds making them "too fat"

That site and rankings only proves one of two things1) That Safeties are not important to a successful defence or 2) That you can make stats to rank players any way you want Byrd and Wilson (a guy people are willing to let go) ranked in the top 10 for Safeties, yet the defence as a whole is one of the worst in the league?
-
This is just stupid, you realise that without him in the Olympics, the US would have been lucky to even sniff the Gold Medal game? He was the tournament MVP in those Olympics and was beat by Crosby on a shot The guy has one bad game, and get s beat on a play where his defencemen would have probably been more useful sitting on the bench then he was on the ice, but hey, this just proves that he is not the answer. The guy is expected to bail everyone else out and carry the team like Hasek did every night, yet he lets in a soft goal (like every goalie does) and we should be looking for someone else in net.

Petition - FIRE RUSS BRANDON NOW!!!
apuszczalowski replied to Homey D. Clown's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Except for the packers, for decades, or the jaguars are doing by moving a home game accross the ocean? And whos putting the team at a disadvantage? Is it there stellar home record where they are unbeaten at RWS? as I said before if the fans don't want the team to be at a disadvantage playing only 90 minutes from RWS, Go to the game and make some noise. If you refuse to do that and would rather just throw a tantrum and demand that Russ be fired for trying to help keep the team viable and make money in Buffalo, your just as much of the problem -
Petition - FIRE RUSS BRANDON NOW!!!
apuszczalowski replied to Homey D. Clown's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Green Bay, the team that did this exact same thing for decades?THE TEAM IS ONLY PROFITABLE BECAUSE RALPH HAS ZERO DEBT ON THIS TEAM WHICH A NEW OWNER WILL NOT HAVE THE LUXURY OF The team loses at the Ralph just the same as it loses everywhere else. Over the last 6 seasons (since the 2007 season) they have yet to win 20 games total at RWS, explain to me again how losing one game a year is going to hurt this team winning? IF YOU DON"T WANT THE BILLS TO LOSE A HOME GAME PLAYING IN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT WILL BE MORE LIKE AN AWAY GAME (OR DOESN'T HAVE THE RWS ATMOSPHERE) MAKE THE 90 MINUTE DRIVE TO TORONTO AND CHEER FOR THE TEAM The Sabres are also an asset that was purchased for around $200 million dollars INCLUDING the arena that they play in.The Bills are a team that is valued at around 4x's that amount without the stadium, and are currently owned by someone who has zero debt on the team therefore everything they bring in is profit. Theres a big difference here. -
Bills extend Toronto Series by 5 more years
apuszczalowski replied to FluffHead's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No one is taking the atmosphere of a home game away from this team except the whiney fans from Buffalo. Want to know how you can make the Rogers centre atmosphere more like the Ralph and keep home field advantage? GO TO THE DAMN GAME AND CHEER. Oh yeah, I forgot, your to busy throwing your temper tantrum that the evil Ralph and Russ took away a game in december that most would have put on ebay or stub hub cause its too cold to go see them lose anyways. its only an hour and a half drive to get there from Buffalo, there are many fans north of the border who do that for all the other home games and don't whine about it. It keeps the team viable and its done to show a potential new buyer that the market for the team and the NFL can be much larger then just WNY. The NFL has priced itself out of small dying markets like Buffalo, If Buffalo wants to keep the NFL, they need to do things other areas may not have to in order to show it can keep up with the league -
How about this trade scenario?
apuszczalowski replied to D521646's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Mario sold a bunch of Jerseys for the bills last year, but looking at the end of November/December, he didn't put "fans in the seat" here And as others have said, if they need a DE, why would they not just save the other picks and draft a guy at #2 who may put up the same stats as Mario does for less money? -
They have til tomorrows game to decide. If he plays in 6 games this year is counted as a year for him in the NHL making his contract with the Sabres kick in, if he is sent down before tomorrows game (6th game of the season) then he will not count as having played a season in the NHL.

Hindsight is also a wonderful thing Coming out now and saying that the 49ers GM knew Buffalo wouldn't take a QB, and the Bengals would take Dalton at 35 is much easier a year or 2 later

This is just a quick question for those like SDS that have built and started boards before in the past. I have been given the task for a small association I am a part of through work to try and start a message board for our members. One was started but fizzled out using Google Groups previously and I wasn't a fan of it and how its laid out. What I am looking ofr is a good, free, message board/forum to try and get something started. We would like something thats accessable only to its members. I did a quick google search and found a few like ProBoards, just wondering if anyone has used one and what they would recommend

No way man, this year is different!!!! The Blackhawks also had some Oiler luck in that they did get to pick a few times in the top few spots of the draft...... As for Superstars, when you look at the Sabres, its Miller. He is really good more then he is really bad, fans just make it out to be worse because they expect him to be perfect and when he isn't think that anyone is better. Outside of him, the closest "superstar" is Vanek, and he is a really good player, and he puts up numbers, but I am always leery on weither he can be viewed as a true superstar. Outside of Buffalo, very few people would pick him if they had a choice to assemble an All Star team. You don't picture him at the same level as Crosby, Malkin, Ovi, a Staal bros., a Stamkos, etc. When you look at a team like the Rangers, Flyers, Pens, or even the Canes, you see guys who are Superstars in the league. It was only a matter of time that the Canes would start playing better with their lineup except that he can't go down to Rochester, he isn't old enough to play there. he would have to go back to Juniors to play for patrick Roys Ramparts

I really enjoyed it Went with my wife to see it (first movie we went to go see together was Inglorious Basterds IIRC) and she liked it except for a couple scenes where she was turning away
-
Don't worry, Saint Pegula will throw more money at the problem to fix it! Its true, it has to be all Ruffs fault the team sucks, not the players. Just look at all the players that leave here and become Superstars in the league. Biggest one to come to mind is MacArthur, who had a great start to last season and has become a starter for an equally bad Leafs team.
