  1. Who were the 2 that didn't vote? Assuming Manchin & Murkowski were a yea & nay respectively.
  2. Well, that's all well & good, but by interviewing only 10 people the FBI ignored interviewing well over 300 MILLION Americans, any ONE of whom might have been raped or even worse by Judge Kavanaugh. Until EVERY SINGLE PERSON has been interviewed we will never know for certain that he didn't do these dastardly deeds. The vote MUST be delayed until this interview process is reopened and completed. Think of the children. /tibs & ChiFi
  3. More PROOF that 45 is colluding w/ Putin. The ONLY reason for this is to distract form the actual collusion by going after these patsies that ol' Vlad was willing to throw under the bus. And the only OTHER reason for it is to distract from the shameful incomplete FBI investigation of the heroic Blasey-Ford investigation. /tibs
  4. Well, there's that. But this really seems to me to simply be a way for 45 to get his message through to an even larger audience than he already has through Twitter and is a preemptive measure for when either: Twitter bans him for his "hate speech" or when the serious disinformatiin campaign begins after the FISA docs release. Or possibly both. Which is why those opposed to him hate it so much. (Probably similar to how R's likely felt when Roosevelt started his radio fireside chats.)
  5. And there goes the "Presidential alert" test. Did the world as we know it blow up as those suing to block it implied?
  6. The bolded should be your tagline.
  7. Have Baskin & his crew started sending mean PM's to you? That's unfortunate. At least they haven't abandoned you publicly, so you have that going for you.
  8. Good point. But my comment about Lalo was in response to Row's about how Lalo's presence makes it tougher to get the framework set at the beginning of BB. I believe it helps explain how Salamanca's still have a presence, though one significantly smaller that what Gus' has become. Maybe I misinterpreted Row's comment. If so, nevermind.
  9. The big boss (zoning on his name right now) said that Salamanca territory would remain Salamanca territory when he told Nacho to run stuff in Hector's absence. And the Salamanca's still have an Albuquerque presence in BB. Lalo didn't get called into Albuquerque until after Nacho got hijacked. His coming in would help explain how Fring was unable to completely take over the Salamanca territory after co-opting Nacho & keeping Hector in an incapacitated state. That was what I am wondering as well.
  10. That's plausible. But why would he have Francesca tell Kim that Jimmy sent her when she'd worked for Kim for close to a year before? Does anybody forget their 1st hire after going out on their own?
  11. Pretty sure it was Feinstein who shouted "what!" when Grassley abruptly adjourned.
  12. "... for the good of the Senate ..." Yeah, right.
  13. Pretty sure he also asked if Kavanaugh thought he was at a job interview.
  14. Wow! I'd thought the Thomas hearings were heated. This is flat out unbelievable.
  15. So, does Durbin believe that there are no repercussions for lying to the Senate under oath? That's the only LEGITIMATE reason for him needing an FBI investigation.
  16. IF he truly believed that the weather gave NYS a structural disadvantage when competing with other states, shouldn't he want to do something like give NYS low tax rates to offset that disadvantage?
  17. Conveniently, Just in time for CNN to break away from Rosenstein's (apparent) non-firing/non-resignation breathless coverage over to breathless coverage of the Ramirez accusations & protesters against Susan Collins if they ever end this commercial break.
  18. 21 of the last 27 chose the Vikes this week. Only 3-4 people left (depending on Cheatriots game) out of 100 only 3 weeks in. Crazy.
  19. With their NeverTrump base, yes. With any moderates that are still around, not so sure about that. If these accusations are shown to be as non-credible as they initially appear this could very well backfire on them. And if the accusations are non-credible, then the right has an issue to fire up their base.
  20. Interesting that he chose the Constitution's "birthday" as the day to order the release of the docs. 9-17-1787 was the day it was ratified.
  21. According to the article, guess the Pegulas getting the Knig-hit Hawks just now became official. Really thought that had been official almost since Styres announced the current version was moving.
  22. This is just news now? Thought that came though 2-3 months ago. The Knig-hit Hawk news, that is. The expenditure on the War Memorial Arena is new news.
