Players union has to file the grievance. Doesn't mean they believe they can win them, or get him any type of a settlement. The Raiders and patsies cut him knowing what they were doing. They wouldn’t have done so if they were going to have to pay him anyways.

Hopefully his time on the practice squad has helped him run more precise routes and get open more consistently. I believe he has massive potential, hopefully it starts today.

When at the game and seeing the replay, it looked like a bad hit. Rewatched at home, looked like he purposely hit Allen in the head. That being said, when watching from the other angle the next day, gotta say it didn’t look as bad.

One of the fun parts of Bills games in partying in the lot and seeing what jerseys people wear. Official jerseys cost too much to constantly wear a current player based on roster turnover. Nothing wrong with wearing a former player currently playing elsewhere...although Gilmore to a patsies game is kinda weird. Me, I wear my Kent Hull jersey to regular season gams, and my Moorman for preseason. Yep, Moorman, and I have nothing to apologize for...

Remember when my son was born. You don’t ever believe something bad could happen to your baby. My son had the cord wrapped around his neck and the cord had a true knot. Every time there were contractions, his heart rate would decrease meaning he was being choked by the umbilical cord. Doctor didn’t react, but the nurse was obviously distressed by what was gong on. He was born floppy (meaning no reaction, no crying) and just grunting. They took him away and we didn’t see him fo 8 hours. He as born fine, but it didn’t hit us until years later what could have happened. We met the mother of a special needs child who was in his 4th grade class. This child was was born with brain damage and should have been in 6th grade at the time. When talking to the mother, it was like reliving my sons birth, pretty exact. By gods graces my son went through the same as her daughter, but would be fine. He has never had any problems, but it still brings me to tears when I think about what could hav happened. He is graduating college in December with his masters degree. i can’t even comprehend what Jeremy and his wife are going through. To even imagine something could happen with your one child during childbirth, but all 4 is simply devastating.

Middle of second quarter he may have avoided the rush, but didn’t make plays doing so. Played better later on. Question was is he one of the best avoiding the rush? Not one of the best....yet. Didn’t gain many passing yards send half when we needed him to put the game away when the rush was getting to him.

Easy to answer. No he’s not. At times looked incredible today. The pass to Knox was unbelievable. Lost his head somewhere late second quarter, and looked terrible. May have technically avoided the rush at times, but melted down when he did. Avoiding the rush isn’t just escaping. It’s making a play. Josh was incredible at times today, and below average at other times. Agree Young was underrated. Better than Montana at scrambling, yes. Nobody was better then Montana when rolling out and surveying the field.
