  1. The Browns defense is legit. I sure hope the offense doesn't get it self together. Watson is a dirtbag but if he just plays moderately well . . .
  2. I think 43 is a cool number unless you hate Richard Petty.
  3. FedEx Field. It's easily the worst pro football stadium I've visited (including Jacksonville). It was bad when first built but has worsened steadily over the past 15 years of Snyder's neglect. Parking/traffic is terrible (though the blowout made getting out a little easier), the concourses are narrow and uncomfortable, there aren't enough bathrooms, the food is mediocre, the beer selections are minimal, and the seating is cramped. I purposely bought seats under the first tier in case of rain, only to sit below an ominous hole in the roof above us, creating a steady downpour. (Everyone was shocked by the obviously crumbling hole in the tier above us while water poured from multiple locations throughout the stadium). I also agree with the vibe. From the dance show just before kick-off, to the bizarre half time, no TVs on in the concourse, no radio playing in the bathrooms, on and on. It probably doesn't make sense to spend too much money trying to make a better experience, but the whole experience is kind of depressing. RFK is likely the best location. About 2014, I went to a concert at RFK (possibly its last year in use), and the stadium swayed so much I thought it could come down.
  4. It doesn’t work that way. You can’t discount results because you beat a team so bad that they “gave up.” “Sure, he won the boxing match but that’s only because his opponent was knocked out.”
  5. So far, this is the most well-balanced Offense under McBeane. The Bills don’t need Josh hero ball to win. If necessary, the Bills could have unleashed Go Crazy Josh Ball, but it was never needed. That’s encouraging for the last 14 games and especially the playoffs. See: Bengals playoff game.
  6. Good for Moss, but it was still the right move.
  7. Max Crosby is an All-Pro and the rest of the LVR dline is replacement level. This analysis just proves that’s true, not that Brown had a bad game.
  8. Nope. Looked fine. Sidenote: NextGen is a nice touch.
  9. That headline should get your privileges revoked.
  10. It would have been easier if you just agreed with my original post.
  11. If some random account posts something that reliable sources have not, that's the first red flag. Then you go from there. Not that difficult, so I'm not sure why you're so riled up about it.
  12. It will take two minutes for you to verify that there is no credible source for a "law enforcement raid." That was made up. The same goes for the McLauren quote on another thread. It's made up.
  13. The unfounded rumors circulated on here are worse than high school. It only takes a few minutes to look up credible sources.
  14. I'm betting this is just a troll, but I'll still say, I'm a huge believer in Josh Allen, but he shares the most blame for the loss. If he played just OK, the Bills could have won.
  15. Pine Street off 2nd.
  16. This is a good list. Only one thing to add: The Sprinkle Cone has very good ice cream
  17. Week 1 narratives might not last past Week 2, let alone Week 16.
  18. I haven't watched a pre or post-game show in years. I find the availability of content so ubiquitous that it makes the pre-game shows irrelevant.
  19. Yes, during tonight's game, Josh will be too distracted by the commercials he made in the Spring. No doubt he's rehearsing lines rather than studying tape.
  20. I agree. Nothing will hold back a Super Bowl more than Josh appearing in commercials.
  21. Overall: very good. Split screen was the way to go, especially with Red Zone. One option I hope they include is the ability to build your own split screens.
  22. If he wasn't, Klein or Dodson would start.
  23. Yet at the same time, many fans on this thread have concluded that Bernard cannot be a good MLB because of his size. His size "could" be a factor, but we won't know that until he's played a few games. Who knows, perhaps instinct, technique, and athleticism will win out.
  24. It's NOT optimism, it's let's see how he plays a game or two before you call him a bust. This rush to condemn a player who has a decent pedigree is just so weird.
  25. I can't tell if this is a troll job but just in case . . . 45 plays is 15-30 less than an average full game of defensive snaps. Moreover, he took those snaps over their first seven games, which is not an adequate measure of a player's ability. As for your college analysis, it seems you forgot to mention he was a team captain, twice second-team Big 12, once first-team Big 12, and MVP of the Sugar Bowl.
