Mafia donated to Lamar’s charity after his concussion and loss in playoffs to the Bills a few years ago. Weird hill to die on. These donations usually come up under unique or unusual circumstances that have little to do with the Bills winning or losing; the Bills usually win, so there’s that too. Bills fans are just like any other population of people; there are bad apples, like the ones that left a message on McKelvin’s lawn after he fumbled against the Pats. But by and large, the donation thing has just become a “thing we do” whenever needed and carrries on a tradition started after that Cincy win ended the drought.

The irony here is delicious.
