I wouldn’t go in there without a full Hazmat suit. What we need is some consensus to bring us all together. Can we all agree that next time, instead of hanging Kermit from a pole, they shove the pole up his butt?
-
You don’t shop at Walmart, I’m guessing.
-
What this thread needs is a little “Mr. Brightside”. All together now…..
-
Hanging a frog is just awful. Where is PETA when we need them. Why couldn’t they do something tasteful like this:

Ya know, I was thinking good times never seemed so good.

It has 2 BILLION plays on Spotify. And I had never heard of it before this year. I feel so old and out of touch, probably because I am. Sweet Caroline anyone???

December 15th at Detroit is the Game of the Year
WotAGuy replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agree. It will also be interesting to see how the network plays this game up beforehand. This is the time of year when both Fox and CBS have doubleheaders and the Bills-Lions game is up against the Steelers-Eagles. Both are interconference games that will only have meaning independently for each team. Probably will be billed as two potential Super Bowl matchups. -
What did you think of that golf clap by Kelce?
WotAGuy replied to njbuff's topic in The Stadium Wall
That was a tremendous interception by Bernard and I imagine Kelce was just acknowledging that. The Bills had their number the entire game and Kelce had a bad game, so I took it as a tip of the hat. -
Thank you for your service.

He just looks really old. Kind of haggard.

They don’t call it the Show Me State for nothing!
-
I don’t know if there’s a stat for 3rd down distance to go, but it seemed like there was a very high average for the Bills in this one.
-
I wasn’t arguing. I was proving you wrong. Different.
-
I really like Ty and his game. He is a versatile, complementary back to Cook and Davis. Romo called him one of the best 3rd down backs in the league and I agree. Very dependable.
-
Good job. Really. And I’m sorry if I was a dick. I was channeling my inner WEO.
-
Exactly. So why was this play so extraordinary that you made a thread to tell us about it.
-
When it gets close to or in the red zone, you have to account for Josh. They didn’t and he made them pay. The interview after the game said Torrence just pushed Jones out of the way using his own momentum. They didn’t mention a line shift, they said Jones went one way and Torrence used that against him. I’m sure you know more about football than me but I’m a recovering alcoholic and I know how to spot overthinking LOL
-
Was Bernard “blitzing” when he shot through and nailed Mahomes? Romo said he was spying, but maybe I should listen to anonymous internet guy.
-
If you can’t see him retreat at least 7 yards, I don’t know what to tell you. Everything you said here is standard operating procedure for the NFL. It wasn’t some genius coaching move. The coaches get paid to coach and to succeed. How is that a clinic? Couldn’t a spy have used that same open lane to shoot through and get Allen?
-
Ummm….the coaches create the playbook and call the plays. Is that the point you’re trying to make over and over again?
-
Josh retreated back to about the 35 before taking off. Yup, he was playing with himself too. Keep defending that failed play call! That line shift was the key, remember? 716 will explain it (again and again and again). LOL
-
For some reason, folks here think having a spy means you can only tackle the QB three yards downfield. Bernard spied Mahomes on 3rd and 4 and tackled him for a 7 yard loss. But if it’s 3rd and 2? Sorry, you can only tackle ’em after a 3-yard gain.

Apparently the only thing Weo isn’t an expert on is the apostrophe.

A lot of words and fluff for a failed defensive play call. Despite all those words and BS, the result was Josh ran right by everyone for the TD. Keep defending failure, you seem to be good at it.
