  1. Miami has been held to 17 3 times this season and 19 twice. Denver held them to 9. It’s not a particularly impressive feat this season, but the D held them after getting a gift penalty at the end. The real test will be outscoring Dallas.
  2. I take great solace in the fact guys in their 20s are aging as well.
  3. Maybe he’s seen the script for this season??
  4. Dan Orlovsky. Basically saying if they allowed it all game, why suddenly throw the flag there at the end. Maybe they just got sick of his bullcrap?
  5. All I want for Christmas is for Diggs to produce like a #1 the rest of this season.
  6. Offense needs to score TDs in this game. The FG in OT against Eagles hurt bad and the FG against the Chiefs almost wasn’t enough. Cowboys are going to be a tough out and FGs won’t do it. Brady and Josh need to be in sync and McDermott needs to stay out of it.
  7. Well thought out post! FYI - on WGR this morning they were talking about the wheel route and Sal said Allen’s and Brady both said it was a planned read for a specific defensive alignment (Cover 0), and Allen read it and responded as designed. A great play and one we’ve seen Kelce kill us on many times up the seam.
  8. Yeah, it was interesting watching them toe the line. They referenced the meme, and smirked, but just said “that’s the internet for you” and left it at that. I imagine off air they had a lot more yuks about it.
  9. Not in this case. Toney had no one opposite him and had a free release off the line. His foot being a foot past the ball didn’t give him any discernible advantage. His pick of Johnson did create an advantage and could have been called but wasn’t.
  10. Josh is truly a humble man. She gave him an opportunity to talk up his incredible sideline throw and he basically said he did a lousy job on first and second down, and didn’t say anything about the third down play.
  11. Well, there was a lot going on last week and it could be he was thinking about Von as much as Sean’s situation. Maybe he was coached to not be specific about any of it, especially on national TV?
  12. Didn’t the ref in the pool report after the game say they will give warnings or guidance if asked?
  13. No, because that would have given the defensive player an advantage. I’m talking about plays like happened in the Colts game early this year when the QB got blitzed and fumbled but it was called back because a receiver got held. That good had no bearing on the play because the blitz and fumble happened so quickly.
  14. Diggs needs to show up big time next week. He’s been neutralized a lot lately.
  15. I’m no betting expert, but isn’t the line set to try and get equal money on each side? It’s not really a sign of respect, it’s just what they think will win the house money. Maybe it’s more a reflection of how the betting public perceives the Bills, but I imagine Cowboy fans will be all over that +2 for them.
  16. It just was an odd look for the face of the franchise to decline to comment when all he needed to say was “We support coach”. Hyde spoke up so clearly some players weren’t distracted by saying a few kind words of support.
  17. Honestly, these are the kinds of penalties that are most frustrating - ones away from the play or that have no impact on the play. The Bills uncharacteristically benefited from a few in this game, but they are frustrating to have happen, speaking as a general fan of football. I understand why they are important and have to be called, but……
