  1. Unfortunately the best AFC games are opposite the Bills game
  2. Maybe he called McDermott a “slimeball” and just messed up the slang.
  3. Might also earn him a pair of cement overshoes, if you know what I mean. (wink, wink, say no more, say no more)
  4. But they were slime at one time! Think Barkley is really gonna snitch on his slime?
  5. Because great QBs get the credit for game-winning drives. It’s how pro football works. Brady never had excuses - he just won. Same with Montana. They found ways to win. If Josh is going to be up there with all-time greats like those guys, he’ll have to seal the deal more often than not. Josh found a way to get a critical game-sealing TD against the Pats. That’s what he has to do when the game is on the line and the Bills need a TD or FG to win it.
  6. I didn’t say he played badly. I stated a fact - in each case, he had the team in position to win the game at the very end and failed to complete the drives with TDs. You can “if and but” all you want, but the fact is Josh will need to make more of those plays at the end of games to achieve greatness.
  7. There’s no place to hyde…(couldn’t resist).
  8. My original post to you stated: “Interesting that you aren’t having the same vitriol against posters making disparaging remarks about Star.” To which you responded: ”Someone having an issue with a player's performance is on line for what this site is. It's warrented.”. So, because you didn’t qualify your response, it seemed clear you are ok with disparaging remarks. Your calling Alpha names reinforced that.
  9. His play against offensive linemen is more like that of a big safety than a MLB. The guy has Velcro on his jersey and can’t shed blocks at times.
  10. And Josh had the opportunity to close the deal on every one of those but failed to do so. Once he can execute successfully in those situations, he’ll be unmatched as a QB.
  11. You seem to be overly emotional and blinded by that. No one was attacking Star’s family. Someone mentioned a rumor about what Star’s personal issues could be related to in an attempt to get people off Star’s back and stop making jokes about his absence. And I disagree with you that a player’s performance can warrant disparaging personal remarks about them by posters. Unless that’s just how you roll, which seems to be the case with how you’ve handled yourself in this thread.
  12. Lots of teams seem to be flexing on “also rans” and then questioning themselves when the big boys come around and punch them in the mouth. The Bills included.
  13. Roll Josh out right and throw back left to Singletary, Moss or Dawkins in the EZ!
  14. Was it The Senator that was always stumping for Mike Leach?
  15. If Irv was still alive, he’d have reported it: ”Galleria gang grapples at GameStop - film at 11!”
  16. First round picks aren’t the end all, be all. Did you know that New England drafted a really, really good QB in the SIXTH round???
  17. I’m not dying until they do one about me either.
  18. Boom! RIP. Icon.
  19. As Antonio Brown said: ”Yeah, I been shot”
  20. “I have no symptoms (cough, cough)” (literally)
  21. It seems to have been made in classic sarcasm. What about the vile things people say on here about players and mean it? Hopefully some of that crap gets a reprimand.
  22. Because everyone wants as close to a guaranteed bet as possible.
  23. They are on a 15-game hot streak if you don’t count the losses.
  24. While we are scheming ways to play players that play the same position, let’s get Trubisky out there with Josh. They can both be in the shotgun. No telling who gets the snap!
  25. The 100% is contingent on the other things happening. He was on a playoff calculator, so was looking at those few scenarios where a Bills’ loss would be guaranteed to eliminate them.
