  1. The Ravens game I was very anxious and really thought about waiting until the final score to decide whether to watch it on DVR. The second half was super tense. The Andrews fumble and dropped pass were so surprising and out of character for the Bills to get, I was glad I watched live. This week, I’ve had far more confidence in a win, but as today has worn on I’m getting more anxious. Tomorrow will be a long day. Hope the Commanders get a big upset to keep me occupied.
  2. Dick Jauron twig
  3. I’m working right now on the Hank Bullough bush.
  4. No self-respecting man pulls out, I’m sorry.
  5. Given the Sabres issues, and the finances related to the new stadium and part-owners, I think Pegula will stick with McDermott as long as the Bills are having success. The fact that there is an all-time-level dynasty in their way buys further patience.
  6. But that’s what happened when you are up against a franchise with a HOF coach, GM, QB, DT, TE and maybe more. The Bills have one (1) HOF player. The supporting players and admin are excellent but not HOF quality.
  7. Lamar wanted to make a comment about the bold, but it was intercepted.
  8. Exactly. “I listened to the presser and the answer Brady gave, but I suspect he’s lying. Here’s what I would have done in that situation”. 🤣🤣
  9. Geez buddy, get a grip. Actually, sounds like you already have.
  10. But if he went for it the game was essentially over. He did that in the Chiefs game because he knew it would assure a win. But he saw Josh get stuffed against the Ravens and decided to not risk it. It’s all about the flow of the game at the time. In the Chiefs game, the Bills were doing well on both sides of the ball and he risked it. In the Ravens game, the offense and defense had struggles in the second half and he didn’t risk it.
  11. Trying to decide on how much I need to bet on the Chiefs to ensure a Bills win. $150 on the Ravens was barely enough.
  12. He could have done that against the Ravens but chose not to. It was the right call as it played out.
  13. Before we move along….Higgins?
  14. How about the actual evidence of Josh not making it from the 2 against the Ravens? Those EPA applications are fine if you are going to use them to propose a strategy over the course of a season, but are meaningless in a one play scenario, unless they are Bills-specific and recent.
  15. To be fair, once he went for the first one and missed, he was required to do it the second time. It really was about that first decision. Your rationale seems off. “Probability says to go for it”, then cites percentages that suggest the opposite? Josh had a shot at it against the Ravens and didn’t make it, leading to the FG that won it. How much more evidence do you need to kick it?
  16. I could definitely see a little competitive gamesmanship going on for both sides. These guys are super competitive and rubbing noses is part of it. Counter the play if you don’t like it.
  17. Agreed; Progresso makes a decent tomato basil soup.
  18. Everyone knows the new rules - the Bills caused them. Bills stop the Chiefs in OT, Bass has an AFC Championship game winner on his resume.
  19. Whose charity are we giving to if they don’t make it?
  20. It depends on how the game is going. If the defense is playing tough and the offense is clicking, kick the point. If the Bills are on the ropes and the defense is failing fast, go for two.
  21. She matriculated those verses through the song!
  22. Then good riddance to that crappy song!
  23. How about being buried alive with Mr. Brightside playing?
