This Defense needs a space eater in the middle to make everything else work. Without Star and Jordan Phillips, we just don’t have that this year. I honestly believe that is whole reason all of these other weaknesses started showing up.

You realize that we would have most likely beat the Chiefs last night if that fumble in the 4th quarter would have counted, right? (it was close but they ultimately made the right call, unfortunately) And that was with us still not having figured out our run Defense yet. I have faith that McDermott and Frazier will get that figured out soon. The only 2 sure losses on that list in my opinion are the Seahawks and the Steelers. We have a chance in every other game on the schedule. We just lost to 2 very good teams. Way too early to assume the season is lost...

He hasn’t really had an NFL off season conditioning program yet. He might be the type of guy who needs to work hard at maintaining his weight, and without proper guidance, got behind the 8 ball this season. He will likely add good, solid weight during the upcoming off season, if not sooner.
