I disagree. Not having a franchise QB murders a franchise. We have lived through that for over 20 years. I DO agree that it is important capitalize on the rookie contract of a good, young QB, but typically the elite franchises find a way to build around expensive QB’s for 10+ years. It is a very rare QB who can win a Super Bowl in their rookie contract. I’d rather we take our chances paying (over-paying?) Josh Allen and building around him, rather than suffer though another 20 plus seasons looking for the next guy.

They also have players on the cover list still, like Sony Michel. Not sure how many though.

Raiders? In my opinion, we need a big space eater in the middle (like Star) to take the pressure off of everyone else. If we can get one, big if I know, everyone around him will look better.

I agree that the real challenge in this game is Belicheck's ability to exploit our weaknesses. I don't really think they are a team who can run the ball down our throat, at least not on paper, but they will certainly try. I am imagining we will see a bunch of screens and dump off passes, and really hope the Bills have an answer on Defense.

I voted 2-2. Unless we make some kind of substantial addition on Defense, I am seeing 2-2 over the next 4 games, with losses to Seattle and Arizona. IF we can shore up the Defense, especially against the run, I could see 3-1 losing only to the Seahawks.

My guess is because he is thinking that our Defense has been known to struggle against veterans who either release the ball quickly or have the skill to read the D and exploit our weaknesses. But personally, I just don’t think Flacco is that guy anymore and if he does play our Defense will have a big day against him.

If we could get Q Williams for a 3rd, it would be like Christmas morning. My guess is more likely the asking price would be a 2nd, plus, I highly doubt the Jets would want to trade him into their own division. Would love it, but I highly doubt it would happen.

Absolutely. And my wife thinks I'm crazy every time I do it. The funny thing is, she will occasionally wear Bills gear in public and every time she does, someone yells out Go Bills or comments about being a Bills fan and it seems to catch her off guard every time. (she is a casual fan, who mostly cheers for the Bills because I do)

Agreed. Dalvin Tomlinson would immediately bolster the run Defense which will make everyone else around him better. This would fill a major need and he could probably be had for a 3rd or 4th rounder. (if 4th or 5th, I say pull the trigger immediately)
