Crap! I was hoping he could at least keep playing in his current, limited role. It is though. The Defense is better when he is on the field, even when it is in a reduced capacity. That being said, hopefully this helps get him healthy (ish) by the end of the season.

I especially like our 2 running backs when they can run behind Feliciano and Dawkins.

I am focusing on Tomlinson. Looks really good so far. I hope we trade for him.

I agree. I was nervous about how he would handle the Orchard Park wind, but he made it drama free. happy to see it.

I disagree. Not having a franchise QB murders a franchise. We have lived through that for over 20 years. I DO agree that it is important capitalize on the rookie contract of a good, young QB, but typically the elite franchises find a way to build around expensive QB’s for 10+ years. It is a very rare QB who can win a Super Bowl in their rookie contract. I’d rather we take our chances paying (over-paying?) Josh Allen and building around him, rather than suffer though another 20 plus seasons looking for the next guy.

They also have players on the cover list still, like Sony Michel. Not sure how many though.

Raiders? In my opinion, we need a big space eater in the middle (like Star) to take the pressure off of everyone else. If we can get one, big if I know, everyone around him will look better.

I agree that the real challenge in this game is Belicheck's ability to exploit our weaknesses. I don't really think they are a team who can run the ball down our throat, at least not on paper, but they will certainly try. I am imagining we will see a bunch of screens and dump off passes, and really hope the Bills have an answer on Defense.
