He is an absolute punk. It was also obvious last night that he is not a $200 million+ QB. I will definitely enjoy watching the Browns wallow in mediocrity for the next several years because of the stupid contract they gave him. How long before they start trying to get him to take a pay cut?

Yeah, I am guessing it may lead to a rule change. You are allowed a running start as long as you are not heading towards the line of scrimmage, which he wasn’t. I was shocked when I saw it, because I have never seen anyone do that before. I agree, leave it to the evil genius, to come up with something new, in a game that’s been played for over 100 years. (By the way, it is likely not new, but it was new to me.)

A concussion is not an excuse, it's an explaination. That being said, he needs to work harder at keeping himself out of harms way, so that he doesn't take hits like this. The recklessness is on him.

Actually, now that you mention it, I saw this in real time and thought that it might be a concussion. That would definitely explain the poor decision making. Very possible...

I really hope Josh starts working with a sports psychologist, if he isn’t already. He should know the importance of it from his love of professional golf. Most of his issues are mental mistakes that can be corrected, I just hope someone is working with him on it.

I agree with you that the Bills will bounce back and have a good season. We will likely go 11-6 and be in the play-offs, but it sucks to lose the first one in prime time in an ugly fashion. There was a lot of ugly football out there in week one, which has become common with the way the NFL does pre-season now. We have the talent to bounce back, and we will.
