  1. I had a feeling that might happen this week, he definitely earned it. I do feel bad for the senior QB though.
  2. That is true, I guess it is just a bit early to think about next years draft for me right now. I figured there was a good chance we could start the season 0-4 with this schedule, so if we can get one or two wins early, who knows. Again, I didn't mean to pick on you, I get where you are coming from, I just wondered if this win made you happy or not... I get this, but unfortunately, it will likely require hindsight this season to determine if we would have been better off losing a few more, rather than winning a few more, so I will always root for the win. If we end up losing enough to have a good draft pick, so be it, I just can't bring myself to root for that, especially this early in the season.
  3. Are you happy today? Not to pick on you @SouthNYfan but this is an example of what I am talking about. There are those amongst us who stated that you would rather cheer for better draft picks than cheer for the Bills to win. Does that mean you are disappointed today since we went and destroyed a team that almost everyone thought would destroy us? I am elated that we got the win and also showed that we have the coach, QB and a few other core elements in place to hopefully be competitive for years to come. I wonder how fans who cheer for the team to lose feel. Oh, and are you still cheering for us to lose now after this performance, or will you start cheering for the team to win? SouthNYfan: I know but you said all of us. So I'm telling you I'm not rooting to win right now. I want a top pick.
  4. I really enjoyed listening to Romo yesterday. He speculates on the plays they should call, etc. and very often seems to get it right. He is also very realistic in his praise and negativity. I agree regarding Allen. That was an instinctive play by someone trying to will his team to victory. His effort will pay off by getting other players to buy in and increase their effort.
  5. If nothing else it made things a bit more interesting. I fly in on Saturday and can't wait for the fun to begin!
  6. Yeah, pretty bad when your “number one” WR shows up on the hands team for an onside kick and you first thought is “why is he out there, he can’t catch” This happened to me yesterday.
  7. I say yes. He can catch.
  8. All of you who said Buffalo... for shame. I voted Arizona, did I win yet?
  9. Welcome! I was in Wyoming last week, beautiful country out there. I got many comments on my Bills shirt because of Allen.
  10. They saw what Allen and Mayfield did and want to see if they have one of these guys too
  11. Well... he bet against the he Bills. An even dumber mistake for a fan. I bet ON the Bills and won $100.
  12. Unfortunately, there is no explanation. Horrible call and even worse non reversal. Romo couldn’t believe it either.
  13. That is amazing! He played one hell of a game too!
  14. I love what I see from this kid.
  15. BuffaloRush I believe. I hope he is happy knowing Allen may be the real deal. I made a bet with a buddy because of his wager. I said I thought it was better to take Bills plus the points. He disagreed, we bet and now I’m $100 richer.
  16. He is a beast! Not sure how good Georgia Tech’s D is, but he looks incredible so far in this game.
  17. Man, those 2 are gonna have some good lookin’ babies.
  18. I disagree with that. I wear Bills gear all the time, regardless of where I am. I will be sporting Bills gear all weekend in Green Bay next week.
  19. No worries, it’s all in fun. I’d rather debate football than politics any day. ? i agree with you on the Browns.
  20. That’s true. I almost said “many of us” instead, just for this reason, but I decided to give the fans on this sight the benefit of the doubt. IF we end up having a bad season and end up with the first pick, I’ll be happy come draft time. But in the meantime, it is only week 3 and I will be cheering for the Bills to win every game they play this season.
  21. I ALWAYS cheer for the win and then deal with the losses when they happen. I agree that in the big scheme this win would not likely mean much, but I enjoy my Sundays cheering for a good performance by the Bills, therefore, rooting against the OP.
