Chance of Playoffs now, according to NYT simulator
C.Biscuit97 replied to Ray Stonada's topic in The Stadium Wall
It’s hard to get anyone to tank in the nfl. They are playing for their jobs and if you go half speed in football, you can get lit up, -

I honestly had that thought today. Trade Diggs (save a bunch of money) draft Harrison and Rome O and we are loaded at receiver for great value for st least five years. -

But that’s been the problem with him and the whole team. It’s completely inconsistent every game this year. this team can beat any team in the nfl. We also can lose to any team as well. It’s so frustrating. -
He should have caught that ball but it’s why he’s a rb and not a wr. Dude is our best running back in years and we love keeping him off the field.

It was a great kick but it was a regular season game against a team that might not even make the playoffs also, a HOF C commits two penalties in a row and he still hits that kick. The life of a Bills fan. 😞

Yet another choke job by the defense

I’m excited for McDermott to scapegoat himself and fire himself as DC. -
We're Going To The Playoffs. (edit: Updated - Super Bowl)
C.Biscuit97 replied to Doc Brown's topic in The Stadium Wall
This game won’t hurt so bad if we didn’t blow games to MacJones, Zack Wilson, and The Broncos. Embarrassing losses. Sad part is if we make the playoffs, we could make the SB (I’m sure we will lose a heartbreaking playoff game but still). this season sucks so bad because there are so many what ifs. -
Gabe Davis Miscommunication Plays this season
C.Biscuit97 replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
He was wide open in the corner of the end zone. I think Allen was rushed and through it right after Davis broke. This is the downside of option routes. Did they talk about it postgame? and I know what Davis is. He’s an inconsistent number 3 who is forced be a number 2 who will get overpaid for what he is. My main point is there were plenty of other plays to be blamed and it seems a little harsh to pile on a guy who was one of the best players on the field because of an option route. Haha, do you think this is the only time an option route has been messed up? -
Sucked in the playoffs. How’s that going this year?

Gabe Davis Miscommunication Plays this season
C.Biscuit97 replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah, I guess I’ll wait for the Bills to say. Cb was inside and he was wide open. Allen got rushed and threw befofe the break. but maybe you’re right. But it’s beyond idiotic to single out a wr who had 100 and td and not to mention a stupid int; Cook’s drop; McDermott being a coward, etc. -
Wasnt it all Leslie Frazier’s fault? That’s what geniuses told me all offseason.

Gabe Davis Miscommunication Plays this season
C.Biscuit97 replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah because Allen never makes dumb plays. Pretty messed up to call a guy dumb when you have no idea who was at fault. Davis was wide open and the d back was playing inside. -
I’m sure Josh would love that

People act like Jackson is still a rb (and I think there are some other reason why) so when the media votes him a MVP, it makes those people like stupid. no one with a brain questions how good of a qb Allen is. Yes he gets flack for turnovers/ not taking the next step in the playoffs but an mvp doesn’t change how good I/ most bills fans already know how good he is. and as players leave/ change, I stop caring about the individual stuff. It’s all about Buffalo. Sadly, a mvp is just more leverage an agent can use to drive up a contracf. but I’ve derail enough. My apologizes. And based on how he transformed that team, I would vote for McCaffrey. Purdy would be a Plummer without him

Week 12: Buffalo Bills vs Philadelphia Eagles
C.Biscuit97 replied to BuffaloBillyG's topic in The Stadium Wall
I was listening to a pod about the team that has the best win the week before struggles in their next game. For the Eagles, this game is far less important (afc, division is in hand) than for us. this game has always been my dream bills SB (a bunch of eagle fan friends). No result would shock me. I’m excited for the bills we wxp cut to see this season show up like they did for Miami. -
I thought he’s been solid but PFF is just needs guessing at what the play call/ responsibilities on a play is. I would bet a ton of money that the bills coaches have a much lower grade. but he has been a solid player, one that hopefully doesn’t start next year and will be good depth. As long as the d line plays well, LBs can almost be interchangeable behind them. WLB next to S and DE are the best positions on defense. You face less blockers (sometimes not blocked at all), have way less responsibilities (so you can just react). It’s a playmaking position.

Sorry to derail your overall point of Hines would be a great KR/ PR addition to this team. Fully agree. Just wanted to say how good McGee is because he averaged more yards per KR than Hines and had 3 tds (and the greatest non KR td in nfl history). Also Roscoe had a higher PR average than Hines. https://stathead.com/football/versus-finder.cgi?player_id2=HineNy00&player_id1=McGeTe99&request=1&utm_campaign=2023_01_wdgt_player_comparison&utm_source=pfr&utm_medium=sr_xsite&utm_id=McGeTe99

Matt Stadpadord was the time of garbage time.
-
He played like 5 games. Terrance McGee says stop overreacting.

Because all dorks just crap on him all the time. So yes to defend an qb who everyone constantly craps on, I bring up individual honors. I bet there are a bunch of Ravens fans who don’t crap that he has the 3rd best mvp odds now (despite being terrible according to football experts here) if they don’t win in the playoffs. Allen is a god here and gets less blame than Jesus! Some people still have this thing like the media doesn’t give Buffalo it’s due when Allen is in every other commercial.
-
Yeah, it’s fine. Honestly, the bills are all about the Buffalo part for me and over the years, the players become interchangeable. This helps in the nba where fans get all worked up about the mvp situation. Never really got it but I respect others. allen is getting paid $50 million/ year. He is one of the best players in then nfl. I just want a SB. The individual stuff means nothing to me. I think Thurman won a mvp back in the day. Hooray 😂

Week 12: Buffalo Bills vs Philadelphia Eagles
C.Biscuit97 replied to BuffaloBillyG's topic in The Stadium Wall
The line only being Philly -3.5 is a ton of respect for us. How many bills fans are going to that pit of hell? I have a couple from my tailgate but they are sitting in the suites like cowards haha. The Eagles game a few years ago in OP was the first time I felt like an opponent overpowered us at home. They were loud and obnoxious. Love to us return the favor. I guess. I feel like their receivers against our cbs is an awful matchup. They are the guys you can contain for a bunch of the gsme and then they hit a monster play against us. Dallas being out is a huge break. Kinda evens out the Milano part. -
I wanted to like him but he made me worried as a prospect. Mediocre measurables, baby hands. Older guy who had one good season in college. I thought he had backup all over him and he went in the first. You can only do so much with a limited qb.
-
It’s just funny that only one team can do it without getting hurt. So why should the eagles get penalized for it? Should we ban passing because the Jets suck at it? and you have your DTs get super lover and have LBs leap.
