Wouldn't surprise us. The replacement will probably turn in to the next Harrison Butker. But let's see it. That's a lot of pressure to have Reid, Mahomes, Kelce, Jones, etc, staring at you to make a big end of game kick.
Hey now, what?!? This is big. Not so much now, but if he misses the playoffs that's the best big-game kicker weapon in the league gone. And whoever they replace him with will no way be as good. No way!
I think KC is going for legacy and they are the healthier team. Maybe this is the season Buffalo loses in the regular season meeting and then finally gets payback in the playoffs.
KC 28
Buf 24
I’m glad they aren’t screwing around with the home uniform anymore. Should always be blue over white. An exception can be made for and early september white on white but absolutely no more monochrome track suits at home.
I wouldn’t rule out Mahomes. He’s been more productive lately and if he puts up numbers vs Bills and down the stretch, gets the #1 seed, i can see them awarding him.
Reid will tank this game. That's their recipe. Lose to Buffalo in a non-critical game and have the chip on their shoulder for the make-it-right game in the playoffs. Plus they are not going undefeated through the SB.
The Rams offense are having entirely too much trouble moving the ball at home vs Miami. and since I’m using Stafford in fantasy football this week i’m annoyed.
Agree, for all the marbles give me Arrowhead. preferably in the AFCCG. The Bills know how to win there. Baltimore stadium is a buzzsaw of electricity and piped in noise. We need to get the 2 seed at worst.
I feel the same. I'd like to see the Bills win. It's fun, it would be invigorating for a few days but it won't mean that much. I think it would be very improbable to beat this Mahomes/Reid team twice in the same season. So if we lose, so be it. Maybe we save our Chiefs victory for the playoffs this year. KC is likely the #1 seed. Hopefully Buffalo can be the #2 seed and avoid KC until the AFC Championship should they get there.
They kind of remind of the 2020 Bills, just an unstoppable looking offense even when things are not going ideal.
We will see if that downtrodden city with zero Super Bowl appearances, can get it done in the playoffs. Fortunately for Detroit, they don't have a Mahomes to get past. It's really theirs for the taking. Someone else in the NFC will get hot though and make it tough.
I thought i heard the Chiefs haven’t lost in 300 something calendar days. Anyway, they are annoying me. and Mahomes often has this vibe like they are entitled to win every week. Eventually all the close wins have to flip right ?!?
Not all teams can do to Detroit’s offense what Houston is doing tonight. Just really putting heat on Goff, stopping the run and playing sticky coverage. at least so far. Their LBs are active and physical.
The Steelers still play bitter AFC North rivals 6 times and also have tough games @Philly and vs KC. There’s just no way they don’t lose 3 more games or so
