  1. Any other franchise would’ve fired the coach by now. It’s like benching the goalie when you’re down 4-0 in the first. It may not be entirely the goalies fault, but you pull him anyway in the hopes of changing momentum. That’s what the Sabres need to do with coach.
  2. Patrick Mahomes’ existence has cost Allen and the Bills at least two Super Bowl appearances imo. and maybe more. So i’m going with KC as disliked the most.
  3. As of today they said Cincinnati has a 10% chance of making the playoffs so i don’t think we are at decent stage yet. i do believe the Chargers and/or Denver would have to lose out. I really like Denver to beat KC at the end, especially if the Chiefs have #1 locked up.
  4. Call me a doomsdayer but I'm scared of the Bengals. I know we can score on them. But as you said, elite QB and two excellent WR's they can do serious damage. If they get in they will be playing with house money. Gosh i hope the Texans can beat KC and Ravens beat Pittsburgh. That would give Buffalo a legit chance to grab the #1 seed in the final two weeks.
  5. ESPN this morning had a discussion on "Fact or Fiction" does Josh Allen have he MVP locked up? Two of the three guys says no. Lamar and Saquon are coming hard and could take it over the final few games. I'm not sure why the narrative has changed so much. Can you imagine if Lamar did what Allen did vs KC, SF, LA and Detroit? They would have closed the voting already. Meanwhile last season, they didn't even count the final game, I think they anointed Lamar after the 49ers game in week 16.
  6. You kind of want to see Baltimore beat Pittsburgh this weekend thereby keeping the Steelers putting out max effort vs KC and Cinci
  7. Colts could sweep their final 3 with some competent football but with Richardson you never know. They could also lose to anyone.
  8. That’s what you get Payton for punting. weak
  9. Yeah i do. i think KC has a real chance to lose 2 or maybe their final 3. Houston’s defense is nasty and they are motivated. If Baltimore beats Pittsburgh which i kind of expect, the Steelers will be putting out max effort to beat KC.
  10. Denver is beating KC in their final game. i’ve been calling that for a while. They want that game in the worst way and i don’t know how badly the Chiefs will be invested in it.
  11. That’s fine, but that will give Cincinnati a path to get in.
  12. Yes, Denver winning makes it real tough on Cinci. The Bengals are rooting hard for LA to close this out.
  13. We were talking about it today, who would you rather play in January. I said i’d fear Herbert more, he does have a 5,000 yard season and he’s a vet. As much as Nix looks impressive i’d still rather play a rookie in January.
  14. Says the plane was a 1979 Beechcraft A36 enroute from Lansing, Michigan to White Plains, NY. So it was just passing through., something obviously went terribly wrong at altitude.
  15. I think Baltimore will win this one. Which actually will benefit the Bills because it will force the Steelers to have to play with max effort against KC on Christmas day. So a Ravens 13-10 win would not be a bad thing
  16. Some of the Mike McDaniel AI generated press conferences are hilarious. His voice is so realistic.
  17. Totally agree that Allen has this, but man the dissenters are out in force this week. You'd think Josh played the Giants last Sunday and Lamar hung 5 TD's at Detroit. Makes me a little nervous when you compare it to the Heisman last weekend. A week ago, the betting odds for Travis Hunter was -2500 , while Ashton Jeanty was +1000. In the end Hunter won it but it was the closest Heisman race since 2009. Hunter was first with 2,231 points and Jeanty had 2,017. It was so much closer than the oddsmakers had it.
  18. There are plenty of media heavily in Josh Allen's corner for MVP,,, Acho, Greeny, Orlovsky, Chase Daniel, Rex, etc. Josh was the overwhelming MVP favorite going into the Detroit weekend... and everyone wanted to see him have another big game worthy of MVP status, and a WIN to solidify his standing. He overperformed on everything and got the win. Yet somehow, after a nice game over the hapless Giants, all I'm hearing this week is Lamar is very much alive and based on his stats should be MVP. They are really arguing that on some of the shows this week. Am I missing something? Why all this push to get Lamar his 3rd? He's having a great season, better numbers certainly than last year. But overall, when you add everything up (Bills record, who they beat, 11- 30+ point games, etc..) how is this a conversation? I can only assume this MVP talk is for show content and you can't have everyone agree on Allen. That would make for a boring national show.
  19. I saw recently that Cleveland is seriously considering a dome in the suburbs there and Philadelphia is starting to float ideas about a new dome stadium. A decade from now there really might be just be a small handful of NFL cold weather outdoor stadiums.
  20. Bills should handle the Pats easily but will they have intensity in this one? or just say they will but not really bring it. I want to see McD and Babich attack the rookie QB and not let him have easy throws over the middle while getting comfy in the pocket. Attack him and make him feel pain.
  21. They initially announced this as a "mild" ankle sprain, not a high ankle. So I assumed he would be OK, unless there's a knee thing involved (doesn't sound like there is).
  22. What a dumb game to wear red jersey's,, vs the Patriots?!? Stop getting cute and just wear the normal home uni.
  23. It's just silly that Jeff Saturday and whoever else on ESPN says the MVP race is still open? I mean cmon. Lamar is not getting it again. He will probably finish with better stats but he's not getting MVP for a 3rd time with a team that was the #1 seed last season and was projected to be very good again. The Bills were projected to be 2nd or 3rd in the AFC East by many. Allen has elevated them to a point we could not have foreseen, with guys. He's just come off a 4-game stretch of NFL feats we have rarely seen?!? Barkley is having a great season but as others have noted, the Eagles were a very good rushing team last season. Barkley has not elevated an already good Eagles team beyond what Allen has done for the Bills. A RB has less than half the amount of touches as a QB and prob half the amount of impact on a team's season....that's why QB's always win MVP's. MVP is over,, just like it was for Lamar last season with a couple games to go. If Allen plays conservative over the final 3 or even sits a lot of minutes it's still his time.
  24. No. I think a couple of these AFC East games will get bogged down. The division is clinched, Buffalo will say all the right things about intensity and wanting to win of course but they want to get through these game intact as well. i’m not expecting the Bills to light up these teams tbh.
