  1. Say anything...just don't say they would've won two homes games and the SB, if they can't beat a banged up Miami in essentially a playoff game.
  2. Will the takeaway Bills show up? or the giveaway Bills show up? If they give it away like they did at the Chargers, it's a 99% loss. Otherwise, I agree the Bills are healthier especially on D and playing well. Allen/Diggs do concern me though, but they will power through.
  3. Really hope I don't see a lot of posts Monday morning.... "We make that one play, convert a 4th down...or don't have that one penalty, blah blah, we would've won and hosted two playoff games and won the SB.....now we go home, no playoffs, fire McDermott" I can't handle that stuff.
  4. I’ll try not to sweat it too much 😳 It’s basically a playoff game on SNF. Last game of the regular season in the entire league. If the Bills can’t beat Miami in this scenario they probably would’ve fizzled anyway.
  5. I’d have to think a good 15,000 Bills fans at minimum. who knows how many more? So many transplants live in SoFla and many more down for the winter months. This game will have a weird vibe with all the red, white and blue in the crowd. And also, because Miami knows they will be playing the following weekend. Whereas McD and the Bills understands this is likely the end if they lose (they’ll know going in). It’s one thing to say Buffalo has been in “playoff games” for that past month. But really, they knew another game was upcoming. The desperation of knowing it’s over i think will show through, against a team ready to play a guaranteed game next weekend.
  6. There’s one thing that worries me more than any other about this game. Buffalo wins every big game vs Miami. That’s not easy. At some point will it flip? sure hope that it’s not this week.
  7. I'll feel much better about Coach McD if they manage to contain Miami's offense and make Tua uncomfortable.
  8. Let’s hope it all comes together for Josh down in Miami. He’s had some pedestrian passing games for a few weeks (outside the Philly game). The running and rushing TDs have been the difference maker for him. As Josh says, he considers himself a football player not just a QB. But we need the good QB to show up this week.
  9. Why has Jordan Love looked like a better passer than Allen over the past 2 months. That’s messed up.
  10. He's been sitting on his couch until the late season call from Miami right? I can't imagine he will dominate Dawkins or anyone else but we shall see. We don't want him to flash for 1 game that's for sure.
  11. The pass targets for the remainder of the season, barring injury need to be: Shakir, Kincaid, Diggs & Cook...and if you can find him from the missing milk carton ad, Gabe Davis. You want to sprinkle in a throw to Knox and Ty Johnson once in a while sure. But the other dudes (Murray, Sherfield, Harty, etc..) can be phased out for now.
  12. I feel like the O will score enough in this game, but not some amazing output. Try to ball control Miami to death. Have a nice time of possession advantage and stress ball security of course. Overall though i think this will be a game the D and McDermott will be responsible for winning. Keep Tyreek in check, control their running game...limit the huge chunk plays, and make Tua uncomfortable.
  13. He’s not overrated. Josh himself has said he considers himself a football player. I think a lot of us think he’s the best football player in the NFL, he’s likely not the best QB. I don’t love when Allen stands in the pocket stationary. He seems slow to process sometimes, then throws an inaccurate pass at the last second or maybe has to ground it or get sacked. I do love when Allen moves around and creates, gives himself options and sometimes scrambles. That’s Allen at his best.
  14. I think a lot is being made of Baltimore mailing in this game in with backups. I still think they’d love to bounce the Steelers out and their backups are still good players including the QB, …and it’s in Baltimore. That being said, the last time Baltimore and Harbaugh won the SB was in 2012. They went into the playoffs losers of 4 of their last 5 games including the finale. So I don’t think Harbaugh is worried about losing momentum because of a loss, which kind of sucks.
  15. You have to remember too, the Seahawks never play the Steelers. They weren’t prepared. The Ravens and Harbaugh, know the Steelers and Mason Rudolph like the back of their hands. They will get a crucial pick or two.
  16. I don’t buy that theory. I’ve seen too many of his press conference and in game conversations on Mic’d up, practice video, etc. Seems like he’s dialed in and pumping up the guys. But the vet rest recently and lack of production and snaps, you gotta figure he’s hurt more than letting on.
  17. Diggs was on the sidelines wearing a jacket during some big series of downs. It was weird. He has to be playing injured. Unfortunately.
  18. There’s a lot of game/player strategy for both Miami and Buffalo that will be determined by the Sat night and Sunday afternoon results.
  19. Diggs and Josh are two guys that never like to show pain or any type of tweak, to the TV cameras. They are both banged up for sure.
  20. First off you only have so many players to play, therefore many regulars will be starting vs Pittsburgh. Secondly, the Ravens more than any other club have plenty of backups who’ve played meaningful games over the past two seasons, including Huntley and all the RB’s. People think Pittsburgh is going in there and will beat up the Ravens? no way. it may be a Steelers close victory but could also easily go the other way.
  21. By the way, on the second last offensive drive when Allen ran and dove with the ball carelessly out (Bills fortunate to recover). Allen got absolutely rocked on his head by a defender as he was going backwards. So much so, that he lie on the turf while the scramble for the fumble was going on and was holding his head and grimacing. I thought he was concussed for sure. Then he comes back to finish the final series only to bang up his shoulder.
  22. Miami will go hard. They want to win the AFC East and 2 seed, BUT, no one can convince me they will be as desperate as Buffalo (assuming Pitt and Jax win their games). And that desperation will separate the teams at the end. Allen will be able to spin the ball much better in mid-70’s weather down there.
  23. On ESPN, Rex says he trusts Josh Allen vs Miami, but he has no trust with the rest of the team especially the offense. He doesn’t know who else will show up and play big for the Bills. Orlovsky says Kincaid and Diggs need to have big games (combine for 170+ yards)
  24. Yeah but if either Pittsburgh or Jax lose before our game i thought the Bills back in. Then the Miami game would be for the AFC East title.
  25. 281 yards of offense today. Gross.
