    I watched most of the DC game. Went out. Now I’m drawn back in to this Houston game. Good stuff and competitive

    Its also a severe punishment for the kicking team when the ball lands short of the 20 yd line. The whistle blows immediately and the Receiving team gets the ball on the opponent 45. We saw that today.

    It isn’t but on NFL telecasts it’s still kinda hush hush. You never hear the Tv analyst gushing about how Seattle taking their FG off the board after roughing the kicker, cost fans the over and Seattle covering the spread

    Funny how open they are taking about the over/under and point spread.

    How bitter are the degenerates who bet the over, hit it, then Seattle takes the FG off the board and ultimately fumbles. Still time for more points though.

    it’s a fairly new soccer stadium for DC United. Kind of a band box, but modern and perfect for 15-20K fans

    im entertained. the Defenders are my local team so I may take my kid down to a game in March. They’re playing in a soccer stadium and I’d much rather watch this than MLS soccer

    My son cracked up at the F bomb. Hey, you want live sideline interviews. There ya go. Blocked punt was great. The fans are really into it.

    the Dragon is pretty cool. The Defenders logo resembles the DC flag, which I’m sure no one else in the country knows unless you live here.

    i think the XFL will be considered a success if they get through the season and have a championship game. Seems like each team will have a core of good fans in their local areas

    I like the kickoff thing. It will eliminate dumb Offside and blocks in the back too. It’s easy for the guys to stay still because they can all see when the opponent touches the ball.

    I might be a bit of a degen. Just put in a Draft Kings contest lineup for the first XFL weekend. Like throwing darts at a lineup board but I did take Cardale at QB.

    I'm intrigued by the XFL. Not sure why but I'll give it a shot and watch a bit here and there. It will be interesting to see if fans show up and if they get ratings. As long as they don't try to compete with the NFL, they can carve out a small niche.

    The DC Defenders have a couple of UB Bulls which is kinda cool for us UB fans who live near DC> QB Tyree Jackson C James O'Hagan They also had a third UB Bull, Kristjan Sokoli (DE) but he was cut last week.

    Jackson just had one of the best seasons a QB can have and the OP is wondering if he will be viable? Cmon.

    As i recall Sammy was down on the Bills and Buffalo. So McBeane did what McBeane does... they keep guys that WANT to be here and accommodate the guys who don't. In other words...see ya.

    Jimmy G has kind of a noodle arm. But he’s pretty accurate. Just goes to show you don’t need the big flashy arm. Just put it where guys can catch it

    and I believe his son is signed to play for Florida Atlantic U.. which is right there in Boca. So Miami would be a win/win for the Gore's.
