I was always hoping a perennial winner would just go bad, like Indy. Now go figure they go horribly bad the one season they can set their franchise up for another decade with Luck. I would like to see New England stink for about 20 straight years after this Brady-Belichek era ends.

I think Kelsay has had a fairly productive career in the NFL. Maybin isn't even close to that yet. He could be someday, we'll see. The Bills simply could not justify paying Maybin #11 pick money at the level he was playing at. For the Jets, he's a bargain at his salary.

I bet if he were playing for the Steelers, Giants or Saints for example he'd look great. For Buffalo? Eh

Chicago is what...the 2nd or 3rd largest city in the USA and their stadium holds like 60K at most. That's the perfect size. I see all the Bills games where i live but i think its ridiculous that JAX gets to tarp over their seats and BUF has to sell every single seat.

Well evidently, your team doesn't handle it well....going 2-7 since that quote was uttered. It's almost stunning really, to be 5-2 on Oct. 30th and then be completely out of the mix by December 4th. I was excited after the 5-2 start just for the simple fact that we'd have meaningful games through game #16. Now these last 4, even 5 games have been relatively meaningless. just wow!

Probably explains alot. My biggest beef lately (and I'm a big fan of Fitz) is that he falls backwards when throwing...especially deep balls. Maybe it's the body's way of protecting itself from a rib injury. throwing off the back foot may alleviate some of the pain. In any event, he has seen better days.

Let's not pull a Maybin re: Spiller and send him packing out of town...only to see some other team get all kinds of mileage out of him. I hate that Freddie got hurt but it's a blessing for CJ to see if he can play if given many touches. I agree that goes down when his shoelaces are swiped, way too easily but he seems to be learning what it takes to run in the NFL.

Not a fan of Maybin at all but it is embarrassing to the Bills organization that he is doing so well for our division rival. This reminds me of Spiller. It would be very Bills-like (and fans) to say he is a bust and move him out but until last week, they really haven't given him a full time shot to be the full time RB. Feed the guy the ball 20 times and he will make some plays. Just don't expect him to catch passes like Dez Bryant in the back of the endzone! Did they ever put Maybin on the field enough to know he couldn't make any plays??? He certainly is surrounded by more D talent in NY so clearly his game is better suited there.

They started the year strong and i think they will end the year strong. It's the middle portion that killed them. Yesterday's close game will help them get back to their winning ways next week. I think they lose in San Diego. The Chargers still have a decent D and talent on O. My prediction is 3-2 down the stretch, maybe 4-1. Still not enough to get to the playoffs. Until they get that 7th loss though...i will hang onto a shred of hope.

CJ is the fastest NFL player i've ever seen that cannot find some open space to run in...or when he does he gets tackled by a shoelaces swipe. Can't figure him out? but I'm all for feeding him with 20 carries and some screen passes and just seeing what this guy can do as "the MAN" over the next couple weeks.

You can not take the beating Freddie gets and dishes out week after week and play all 16 games. I just won't happen...not at his age. I look forward to CJ getting 11 carries for 23 yards this week. We're not gonna run on the Jets. No way

The Jets feel the same way about the Bills as Miami did yesterday. They have no respect for Buffalo and will try to bully the Bills into submission on Sunday. I agree that this is a stunning reversal from just a few weeks ago. We've gone from being so proud of them to ashamed at their level of softness. I'm embarrased for them.

Once Miami made it 7-3 the offense took the field with the mindset of pass, pass. They should have come out confident and stayed with the gameplan but it seemed like thet paniced a bit and tried to answer quickly. Once the D allowed another quick TD then the gameplan had to be thrown out.

Well Chan has mentioned in every Monday press conference that his team needs to play more physical...yet they either don't listen or are incapable of performing at that level. I'd love to see this team constructed like a rugged old style NFC type team. Just concentrate every pick and signing on getting bigger and tougher on defense. At least that can hold you in games while you piece together an offense. This years 49ers have a good D and mediocre O. We just cannot continue to get bullied around year after year..even with some injuries along the way.

I'm still OK with the Evans thing. He hasn't played a lick for Baltimore and they are more than disappointed with him. I'll gladly take the 4th. My main issue like everyone else is with the depth. Seems like every other NFL team can plug guys in. We get an injury and it's lights out...we're done. Just pathetic.

We're not getting any of these QB's. Luck, Griffin, Jones, Barkley...they're all going top 10. Teams now realize that you must have a solid QB to do anything. The Bills would have to finish 5-11 to even be in the discussion for one of those 4 guys.

I mean this is the NFL. It's a league of all big tough guys yet the Bills are getting embarrasingly manhandled every week? How is this happening? This can't be all coaching or lack of motivation. I used to hate when the Bills took DB's high in the draft but wow, we need some tough hitters back there. Just look at the hits laid on our WR's by Dallas, Miami and Jets DB's. Then i see a Tweet by Aaron Williams and he's "Ha ha'ing" after that game saying, jeez, that sucked. Well DO SOMETHING about it! Hit someone...HARD!

Why do the Jets look so dominant vs Buffalo but like a nothing team vs everyone else???

The Bills lack of top notch talent at WR is really starting to show up and hurt the passing game. Fitz finally throws a decent downfield pass the receiver stumbles over grass and falls. Our WR's just don't get much separation..it's like the other teams DB's are glued to them.

Huge Bills and NFL fan. I'll always watch the Bills games even when they stink. - Huge Sabres and hockey fan but rarely have time to watch an entire game live. I always DVR the Sabres and watch the games in about 30 mins (fast forwarding to the good parts) - Like College football and will have it on if I'm near a TV on Saturday's. - Like College hoops - Like Baseball but hardly ever watch a full live game - Hate the NBA and don't care if they ever play again.

It was cool if they are looking back 5 years from now. In the moment i thought it was awkward and forced. Her reaction was uncomfortable to watch.

Maybe Naaman should get more looks

Fitz, ugh. I have to laugh. Maybe getting utterly humiliated will help get them back to respectability.
